This has happened to me twice now,

Ordered a pair of deadbait Rods on line directly on their website , said had 5 in stock, went through order and payment with PayPal, payment goes through then I get automated email from bobco saying none in stock.

Yesterday ordered a replacement section for my tricast pole, said 2 in stock, same again, PayPal payment goes through, then automated email saying out of stock and suddenly updated on their website to say out of stock, called up this morning, now awaiting refund again. (now got refund)

Will not be using them for a third time.

In response to your response, if you had the section in stock why would I have requested a refund, the reason for the refund was when I called up on the Monday following my email, it was confirmed to me by the person I spoke to that you did not have it in stock, hence why I have purchased the replacement section from another supplier which has cost me more than your advertised price.

The rods I also tried to purchase that you tell me I did not, we're Savage gear mpp2 bait rods, I can't give you a date on that but it was not long after there launch.
