I have had the chance to work with ARS for several years. They follow through with their commitments and work hard to give each client the best experience possible. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Seriously the best mitigation company around!!!!! I took in Christmas ornaments that had been destroyed in a flood 2 years ago and they made them brand new!!!! These were priceless Christmas ornaments that my grandma hand made before she died and I thought they were lost forever I'm so grateful!!

Worst people to work with ever! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! Steven Clark and Bobby are terrible people! After months of out right lies and empty promises made I am left with a mess. They swore up and down that the leak in my bathroom couldn't be a pipe and the shower needed to be replaced. Now I pay someone to fix the shower and it's been a pipe the entire time! That my insurance will cover of course! This is all after their "repair" guys used my personal vacuum to clean up their messes, broke my garbage disposal draining their dry wall mud and paint down my kitchen sink, left their empty pop cans and trash all over my house and charged me almost double what my insurance would pay! Bobby literally screamed at me on the phone told me their communication issues were my fault, then weeks later tells me he was in California for the entire job and didn't know what was going on. (This guy is "in charge" of the repairs) They want to charge top dollar and then hire out companies like Budget Plumbing to do their work. It took 2 days to put a sink back in place and the toilet they put back leaked. Steven and AlexisClark were great to work with right up until I wrote the check. Since they got the money he has down right refused to return a phone call. MONEY HUNGRY GREEDY PEOPLE! ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM ARS!!!!!
We had a foot or so of water (broken pipe from cold) in my crawl space. Insurance sent these people and they were wonderful! And cheerfully answered questions. In fact, I enjoyed their cheerful demeanor!!!
My finished basement flooded in the May 2015 rainstorms. I called ARS and they came out that day to start the drying/cleanup process. They were very pleasant to work with and let me know exactly how the process works. I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail.
Couldn't ask for a more pleasant, hard working or honest group. They were AMAZING! Quick, fast and friendly service. I will never go any where else. Very highly recommended.
ARS did an amazing job restoring my house from the flood damage in January this year. I have to say they are a very respectful understanding and caring company, they actually took time to listen to what I wanted and needed done to my home and pointed out things that needed fixed and explaind why it needed to be fixed and accomplished exactly what I needed done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done to their home!
I would give them a negative number if possible! These people are crooks. They take your money and don't deliver what they promise. You can't trust anything they say. If you have no other choice but to use them, you best get everything in writing and a professional contract.
ARS did a fantastic job on our recent flood. When our water softener exploded and flooded our basement, ARS responded very quickly, made a swift assessment of what needed to be done, and proceeded to begin the drying process.
But their response time was only the beginning. We spent the next couple of months going back and forth with the insurance company and adjusters. And the entire time, Bryan from ARS was leading the charge, working to get us off the air mattress (and then couch) and back into our bedroom.

A.R.S. dose excellent and very professional work. The A.R.S. crew are some of the most professional and highly skilled technicians ive met to this date. I highly recommended them for any diaster that may take place in your near future. They have a 24 hour emergency service so no matter the time of your incident A.R.S. is there to help. I think the thing that makes A.R.S. stand above all else is the way they treat there employees. Ive noticed they treat them like family not just common workers . that notion alone has produced an extremely effective , prideful , and professional team . you couldnt ask for a better service than the one A.R.S. has to offer. There cleanliness cant go unmentioned either . When A.R.S. is on a job they stride towards making it seem like nothing every happened . and on that note id like to say I HIGHLY RECOMMENED A.R.S. and the A.R.S. TEAM .
Had an excellent experience dealing with the team at ARS. I had a minor cooking incident (fell asleep with chicken wings in the oven). I attempted to get rid of the smoky smell for a wk and a half. Called ars and the problem was quickly and affordably addressed. Thank you Dony, Lance and Travis.
What would I do without ARS! My son had his tonsils out last year. He threw up all over the carpeted stairs. It looked like a crime scene! ARS was there within an hour, late at night and cleaned it all up. It looked awesome when they got done! Thanks Guys!
The lead worker/trainer did an excellent job of mitigating the flooding and did so quickly. In order to initiate the work, I was required to pay a $1,000 deposit. The work was completed two weeks ago and I still do not have a final bill and was told that I could not expect a bill for another week after being promised a bill before now. As the insurance company is responsible for payment, I cannot provide a bill for reimbursement. After being totally impressed, I am greatly disappointed with ARS.
Ars did a fantastic job on my flooded basement. The crew was very careful and followed everything I said. The were very pleasant people to work with and I'm grateful for them and the great work they did.

Great company and great crew! They have come out to my house on a couple of different occasions. They helped remove the cigarette smell and they recently helped clean up a little mess in my basement. I would highly recommend ARS.

Worked with these great group of people. Lexi, Steve, Jerry, and Dustin constantly bend over backwards to help people in the midst of some of their tragedies and do whatever they can to help. Truly some of the best people to work for and to see how passionate they are about the Casper community is definitely a rare thing. They have an amazing crew working for them who are hard working, attentive to detail, and will help you to the best of their ability! I would recommend their services to anybody and are definitely my first choice when it comes to fires, floods, etc etc
We have called on ARS twice in the last month to help with two separate water/mold issues and can highly recommend their services to anyone. They were knowledgeable, compassionate in the very messy circumstances, and prompt in doing what was necessary to resolve the problems.
