I struggle with Alzheimer's,& get very anxious if i have to use the phone . Bobco had a Daiwa gore tex jacket in stock . I rang & spoke to ( i think Chris), sorry if i have got wrong name . I explained that i had Alzheimer's& asked re size fitting . Chris was so patient with me . No pressure sale. I bought the jacket ( best price on the net). I paid a small extra charge to have it delivered the next day . It arrived next day , perfect fit . Thank you Bobco for fantastic customer service,& brilliant price .
