Really high quality customer service with Juan Encarnacion. He was professional and easy to work with, made the process of buying a vehicle smooth and quick. He is responsive and does business with a lot of integrity- I truly never felt like I was dealing with a car salesman. When we bought this car, we were "just looking" to see what was out there as I didn't have an immediate need to switch my car, Juan made me feel comfortable and made me want to do business and buy a car from him (when I didn't need one!). I rate a company s service by how it reacts when there is an issue. I normally service my car here and my scheduled visits are normally professional and seamless. However, when my car had a flat they were not willing at all to fit me in. In fact, they gave me a million excuses why they couldn t help...including telling me that they were closing in 20 minutes when it was more than an hour before they would close. I am very disappointed. This has changed my view of this place, forever.

I have been a customer at BMW of Warwick since 2013 and had 3 cars with them. All experiences were absolutely 5 stars. The last 2 cars I had were both a BMW M4 with the other one I did a Euro delivery. Luke Mayer helped me with both transactions and he made sure I had the best experience doing the Euro delivery. Everything is smooth and paperworks were all in place. In comparison to the Porsche Euro delivery we did 2 years ago, my experience with BMW and Luke was way much better. I never had to follow-up with timing as Luke was ahead of me all the time with the schedule. With Porsche, I had to contact them and ask about the timeline of the process which they weren't so sure about. And whenever I contact Luke for a question, he responds right away. Absolutely 5 stars!

If there was a place for a sixth star in BMW's rating, Luke Mayer would qualify. I have leased three cars from Luke, and he also helped my daughter acquire a nifty used SUV. Luke is knowledgeable, instantly likeable, and is a credit to his dealership. He values his clients beyond the sale, as I learned one late October Saturday afternoon when my previous car had a run in with an East Providence buck. The car was badly damaged, but driveable, and I called the dealership from the accident scene hoping Luke would be there. He was, asked me to come over, wouldn't let me drive the car any further, arranged for a loaner on the spot until I could arrange Monday morning for a rental and an appointment in their body shop.
I would recommend Luke without reservation to anyone wanting to look, test drive, or buy/lease. He is the best!

I must say that my salesperson Micaela Love at BMW of Warwick provided a "2nd-to-None" car purchasing experience! When I sat down with her and discussed what I was looking for, she knew immediately that I was very particular about purchasing a car as far as color, features and the gamut of options that BMW offers. She listened attentively and provided suggestions that were right in-line with my expectations! She found a car on the lot quite similar to what I would be ordering and we took it for a test drive...twice!. I enjoyed the ride immensely and she was extremely knowledgeable about the car as far as all of it's options and features. I've never purchased a new car on the lot because they usuallly don't have the color combinations I'm looking for or they are lack some of the packages, options or accessories that BMW offers. I always like to customize and build them to my specifications. At first I was going to lease, but several days later I changed my mind and decided to just purchase the car. Micalea was very accommodating and after going over all of the options that I added to the base model, we agreed upon a price that was extremely satisfactory to me and I told her that we had a deal and to place the order. She took it upon herself to track my car as it was being built and informed me of it's current status up until it's delivery last week. When I arrived to pick up by beautiful BMW, she greeted me with a big smile and hug and was just as enthusiastic as I was about the car. I ordered the 2017 BMW X3 M Sport fully loaded and it is now my personal "Ultimate Driving Machine!" I certainly enjoyed doing business with Micaela Love at BMW of Warwick! Thank you Micaela!
After 3 awesome years with my 2016 320 xi it was time to start the process we all dread "car negotiations" having a 3 month old baby with me this round let's just say I was completely dreading the process. Victor called me and asked me if I was planning on releasing with BMW. I told him I was "considering it" but also exploring other cars. He asked me to come in the next morning to talk about what I was looking for. I walked in right away he greeted me with asking what he needed to do in order to keep me in the BMW family. I told him exactly what I was looking for, he went over talked with the manager came back with exactly what I had asked for and it was the EASIEST car negotiations I have ever completed and I have been leasing cars for the past 17 years. Besides the ease of the negotiations the part that will stick with me forever and what created my complete loyalty to him as long as he is in sales was when I came to pick up my new 2019 330 xi was he surprised my daughter with her very own BMW teddy bear which ironically seeing her smile when he gave it to her made my night more than getting my new car. If you are looking for a genuine sales guy who truly wants to make you happy as a customer you will NOT find BETTER than Victor Cabral. I highly recommend going to see him!

The Experience I've had with this dealership is nothing but professional and over the top customer service. I financed my first car with the company and the service alone will keep me as a returning, long term customer. One special acknowledgement I would like to give is to Juan Encarnacion. Juan dealt with us when I purchased my car. It being such a new experience, he walked us through every step of the way, reassuring us and making sure everything concerning the benefits and contracts were fully communicated. When it came time to work on a price, I had a fixed budget in mind despite the car I was looking at being fairly. Juan was able to strike up a deal for the vehicle that fit my budget perfectly and not skimping on coverage or any add-ons for the car. Even months later, I periodically get a contact from Juan specifically to answer any questions I have, making sure I'm fully satisfied with the vehicle still, and honestly just checking up on me as a young new car owner. 10/10 would fully recommend this company even if you thought a BMW would be far out of your budget, and 200/10 fully recommend you go see Juan Encarnacion for your experience there to be as great as mine was and continues to be. If there are any higher ups reading this, I hope you take note of the work this great employee is doing and make it worth his while!!

I went to BMW of Warwick because my car had a fuel pump failure, I authorize to fix that and to do oil change and rotate and balance tires and wheels, it take them 8 days to fixed it, I have to call a few times to get updates but the Service Consultant Steven Bettey never pick up the phone and he usually call back 3 days later, when the car was finally ready I went to pickup the car, I drive the car across the street of the dealer to eat something, when I got about of the restaurant and star driving I notice that the steering wheel was not aligned like it was when the car got to the dealer, after that I check light came on regarding the pedestrian warning sensor, and I noticed that they didn t reset the oil change in the car system, I went back to the dealer and the service department was already closed, I spoke with a sales manager who told me to call the next day and spoke with my Service consultant, I waited and call him the next day and as always he didn t pickup the phone, I left a message a message, he call me 3 days later, I explained all the issues with the car and he response was that I have to take the car back for services and paid for anything they fix, honestly I was chocked and the only thing I said was have a nice day, this is the first time that I have a bad experience with BMW, they always try to go beyond with everything but I think BMW of Warwick it s the exception, my recommendation it s to stay away from this people because they only will go after your money, they don t care about the customer and they don t know how a business works.

I bought a 550 xDrive from Bob a few years ago and the transaction was seamless. We ve referred friends to him and the customer service was excellent. Most recently, we helped a friend with the purchase of a 428 xDrive convertible. We contacted Bob who is now in service. He helped facilitate the sale, put us in touch with Durell in sales, and our friend bought the car sight unseen for a great price! Kudos to Ben in the Service Dept., I came in with a little service issue on Friday the 7th, Ben was able to verify the parts were in stock and took care of me that day. I couldn t wait for it, so he gave me a car for the hour and a half it took. I ve had Ben for service for a while now, my brother even uses him. Always polite courteous and effective in getting what I need done. Ben is one of the reasons why I choose a BMW, and this dealership.
Service Advisor Bill Hollinghurst continues to be a reliable and trustworthy resource. I reach out to him via phone or email for routine service or maintenance appointments and his response is always prompt and accommodating. The entire Service Department staff have been welcoming and friendly for each visit over the years.

I just purchased my second vehicle at BMW of Warwick from Scott Keifer. The purchase was made sight unseen but there was never any question that when I pulled up the vehicle would be in immaculate condition waiting for me, as it was. I had a tight timeline as well--from the time I contacted Scott at 0830, he hustled to procure all required documents for financing, insurance and sale by 1400 the same day. I placed a custom order for a 2019 440i convertible and had the pleasure of picking it up this week. Because it was a custom order the delivery time was longer than it would have been had I selected a vehicle in inventory. It was worth the wait, the tanzanite blue color is absolutely gorgeous! I had the pleasure of working with Victor throughout the process and would do so again without any hesitation. Victor is a true professional, a great representative of BMW of Warwick, and he really understands the importance of great customer service. He is absolutely top notch! Ben, the BMW expert as they call him, is really unbelievable. Ben's knowledge when it comes to the ins and outs of the vehicles is second to none and his personality is off the charts. Every company needs people on their team like Victor and Ben as they are the reason that I will do business with BMW of Warwick again, despite the fact that I work in Newport and have another BMW facility much more convenient to me. As for the actual convertible, it is a winner!
I've been buying and servicing cars at this dealership for the last 15 years, since it was named Inskip BMW. I was always happy with their level of customer service and appreciation, but - alas - this is no longer the case.
Recently they changed the management/ownership, and the whole thing went completely downhill. The sales stuff and the general manager talk to you as if they are doing you a favor. When I wanted to return my 3 year old car with low miles to their dealership, they first offered me a ridiculously low trade-in quote, at the lowest range of the fork for this vehicle, and then refused to take the car at all because there is a recall on this vehicle, which was just announced. Hello? - You are the BMW Authorized Service Center - you are the ones responsible of fixing the recalls! Sure enough, CarMax just down the road immediately matched their price, although I've never bought or sold anything from/to them.
I find the new management rude and cut-throat type, totally foreign to the experience I had with a few BMW dealerships I dealt with. If you go there, you would get a used car salesman mentality and zero appreciation for your loyalty to them. Please, be warned.

Great dealership. No pressure from staff. We dealt with Kevin he was laid back and patient. We drove a 430i at first and quickly realized it was way to small for us and our 3 kids. So we drove an x5 and loved it so much we bought it. The lounge area was clean and comfy. After looking for a vehicle for months and going to a bunch of dealerships it was refreshing to deal with a place that's not pushy.
