We recently purchased an X3 - our first BMW. What a pleasant experience it has been! Shawn Harrison was our salesperson. As we contemplated our purchase - involving 2 test drives, Shawn was extremely patient and understanding. There was none of that "hard salesmanship" to make us feel uncomfortable or pressured. Shawn knows that a BMW should sell itself - and it did. When we went to pick up the vehicle, they did an unveiling - complete with a big red bow and a photographer to capture the moment. Then they presented the key with my name engraved, we were so impressed with those extra efforts. We are so happy with our purchase. I believe you have made a new customer for life! The car is a pleasure to drive and as beautiful to look at. I've had compliments from complete strangers. Thank you again. Buying a new car has never been this exciting!
