Kudos to Ben in the Service Dept., I came in with a little service issue on Friday the 7th, Ben was able to verify the parts were in stock and took care of me that day. I couldn t wait for it, so he gave me a car for the hour and a half it took. I ve had Ben for service for a while now, my brother even uses him. Always polite courteous and effective in getting what I need done. Ben is one of the reasons why I choose a BMW, and this dealership.
