Really high quality customer service with Juan Encarnacion. He was professional and easy to work with, made the process of buying a vehicle smooth and quick. He is responsive and does business with a lot of integrity- I truly never felt like I was dealing with a car salesman. When we bought this car, we were "just looking" to see what was out there as I didn't have an immediate need to switch my car, Juan made me feel comfortable and made me want to do business and buy a car from him (when I didn't need one!). Overall, truly a great experience- I will definitely stay at this dealership as long as Juan, Gina and Mitch are there. Thank you all, love my new BMW!
