I am sorry to say that I was very underwhelmed at the services to my vehicle at BMW of Sterling. I do not normally write these reviews, but I will enjoy this one. First off, the price of the services rendered was nothing short of excessive, I am aware that a BMW comes with inflated cost of most everything but this was a stretch. A synthetic oil change, spark plugs, and brake fluid flushing for over $800 and that was discounted. $500+ of that being the labor. My mistake was leaving without checking thoroughly after the services which I will not do again. I expected more from a reputable BMW dealership in Northern VA. The "luxury" services that normally come from BMW were not represented. All of my other fluids were completely neglected and the car detailing was lackluster at best. A few vacuum marks on each side and a rinse is not what I expected from the amount of monies owed. Tried to even further clean my windshield driving home and my washer fluid was still out. These things are small yes, but after it took more than 3 hours on appointment, and the price I honestly hated paying period even if they did their best, leaves me very frustrated. The only reason this review is a 2 star is because Beaver was my advisor for the day and he was very professional and polite, and Bill the shuttle driver was a delight during our time together driving around during the services. When trying to get ahold of management to express a complaint for the lack of detail for the price in search of any explanation, apology, or compensation, never could be reached for the rest of the day. Left messages to be contacted and never was. They never followed up in anyway, which even if the services went well, you would think the sales or management team would do that to ensure repeat business? Overall Beaver and Bill are great employees, but I will not be driving over an hour to waste a large amount of money again.
