I was very excited with the service I was going to receive as the process for getting everything was very smooth. They were able to resolve one of my problems right away, but the other they said they were unable to replicate but still charged me the $150 diagnostic fee for, and sent me on my way. This was rather disappointing as this was my first experience with them and did NOT make a good first impression.

Have been here twice more since the first time, the second visit was mediocre, and the third was miserable. Initially it let me book online for a wait in on the work that needed to be done, but when I went to the service desk they said it wouldn't ready until tomorrow. Okay. I get that, the website isn't set up to handle some situations. Tomorrow comes, and I hear nothing. It is 3pm so I call them and they tell me that it won't be ready until tomorrow morning. By this time I am $100 of Uber in and staring down the barrel of $100 more, they won't give me a car, they don't offer to pay for any of it. I will not be going back, and frankly I am considering changing car makes altogether.
