I was very excited with the service I was going to...

I was very excited with the service I was going to receive as the process for getting everything was very smooth. They were able to resolve one of my problems right away, but the other they said they were unable to replicate but still charged me the $150 diagnostic fee for, and sent me on my way. This was rather disappointing as this was my first experience with them and did NOT make a good first impression.

Have been here twice more since the first time, the second visit was mediocre, and the third was miserable. Initially it let me book online for a wait in on the work that needed to be done, but when I went to the service desk they said it wouldn't ready until tomorrow. Okay. I get that, the website isn't set up to handle some situations. Tomorrow comes, and I hear nothing. It is 3pm so I call them and they tell me that it won't be ready until tomorrow morning. By this time I am $100 of Uber in and staring down the barrel of $100 more, they won't give me a car, they don't offer to pay for any of it. I will not be going back, and frankly I am considering changing car makes altogether.

I worked with Ryan and she was awesome! I was not pressured to buy the car . She simply asked is this everything you want in a car ? I replied yes and we began the paperwork. I hate going to dealerships and being bombarded by people trying to sell you a car but this experience was great there was no pressure . I would recommend buying a car here forsure .

I have never have been so displease with the way I was treated until now. I recently went to BMW Brentwood TN for a used car purchase. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes for the car I wanted to look at to come back from the Nashville store on a test drive. Until that wasn t the right car. The car I was waiting for was sitting on the lot the whole time. Mistakes happen fine. Everything else went smooth until I meet David Tran the business manager. The price on the contract was wrong. I brought this to his attention, his response My numbers aren t wrong! I told him what the agreed price was and again My numbers aren t wrong! He had to find my sales person who confirmed he was wrong. No apology, no my mistake or we ll fix that for you, I get a well we will have to cut you a check, because we already filled your banks check out for the wrong amount. I understand and I tell him that will be fine. Then he says Well cut a check back to your bank I tell him that will also be fine. So not only did he not explain what I was signing, but I had to ask what every form was about. We finish signing my contract and I get a well your all finished and he walks away. I sit and wait for nearly 10 minutes and no one says a word to me. So I grab my paper work and keys and head for the door. David Tran catches me on the way out and asks Did (your sales person) put the plate on? I respond with a no he didn t and he just turns and walks off. No hand shake, thank you for your business or we appreciate you coming by, let us put that plate on for you, nothing. I clearly expected to much of this sales team to treat me like a valued customer. As soon as David Tran had my check and I brought his error to his attention I was less than a customer. This is my second BMW and I enjoy the automobile. But if this is how I will be treated to own this car, then my business will be going elsewhere. I will never go to Brentwood again and I don t know that I want to be apart of the BMW family either.

Recently bought a 2019 X3 with a X1 trade-in at BM...

Recently bought a 2019 X3 with a X1 trade-in at BMW of Nashville in Brentwood...by far the best and pleasant buying experience we have had buying a car. Daniel Meredith was our client advisor...highly recommend him! No pressure attitude, extremely knowledgeable and able to get us a great deal with the sale. Love this dealership!

We had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from BMW of Nashville. Specifically, Ben Mulaosmanovic, displayed extreme professionalism in showing us the car and made the whole experience excellent. He was available for our appointment, had the car ready for our test drive, showed us all the custom features, and went over the details of the prior service records with us so that we understood the vehicle history report. He was a complete pleasure to deal with and I cannot wait to purchase my next car from him. Once we made the decision to purchase the car, Kandy Blain answered all of our questions and made the entire process efficient. Ben does not subscribe to the high-pressure sales tactics you see at many dealerships. Instead, he wanted us to have a good experience and, more importantly, he understood the dynamic of professionalism and helpfulness. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Lastly, the dealership took great efforts to comply with social distancing and sanitizing during the COVID-19 pandemic including wearing masks, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing common areas.

Very disappointed...I took my car for service. I was informed it had to stay for parts replacement. They usually give loaner cars. The technician advised they couldn t give me a loaner car. My car stayed at the dealership over a week for a simple battery and alternator replacement. The courtesy vehicle used to pick me up is a Honda mini van. This is a BMW dealership. I would think the courtesy vehicle should be a BMW. The tech went to retrieve my vehicle but bought the wrong vehicle out and gave me the wrong key. He went back to get the correct key. When I received my vehicle back I noticed it unwashed. Everytime I ve gone to the dealership my vehicle has been washed. Very disappointed with the service, considering the price tag of these vehicles not to mention I was told the battery wasn t covered under my warranty so I had to pay out of pocket for it.

Took my 2004 325i for a problem with both my wiper...

Took my 2004 325i for a problem with both my wiper sensor and auto lights not working properly after replacing my windshield. $250.00 later and the issue is still present after being reassured that the problems where resolved and to add salt to the wound now my doors wont auto lock once i am driving. I was asked to video record what the problem was so they can see what is happening, "come on really". I am an hour away (Clraksville) from the dealership and after asking several times if i was to be reimbursed for the travel being they did not fix my problem the 1st time, all i get is a run around and if i was to he in the area to bring the car by. I did not expect this from a well known, and luxurious car make.

Please dont send me that generic response you give all your negative reviews about calling your General Manager Mr McClaren. I anything he should be calling me.

Just bought a new 328i touring (wagon) from BMW of Nashville. My sales person, David Tran, was great. As my lease of 328i sedan was up, i had previously discussed with David my desire for a touring. He was able run down a really nice touring/ wagon for me from a Sonic dealership in Atlanta. I was very happy with the process and the negotiations on my lease.

Done on time but.....

Service system at BMW Service center is focused on cars and not on customers looking to be served. Everyone busy but no one looks at us standing across from the service desk. Some eye contact would be appreciated

In for first oil change (new car) and some soft ware upgrades (back up camera etc )

Noticed today that all presets I had programmed in are gone. Like starting all over

Sunroof up vent (push for up) no longer functional

Might be more but only driven for 24 hours

Not ready to go back to BMW Nashville service center any time soon

While our usual, highly professional and helpful service rep Brandon Burette wasn't available the lady who filled in for him did an equally great job. All went well and we were well pleased. Thanks.... I'm not sure what happened with this review it is from our last service experience. What follows is from our service experience on Monday the 17th which was just as usual a fully impressive and pleasing event. From the ease of making the appointment until we drove away Brandon Burdette made sure that everything was fully explained to our satisfaction, the work was completed quickly and completely and that even our wait was made as pleasant as possible. A great dealership, a fantastic staff and a most incredible service agent in Brandon whom we would rate well above ten anytime.

There seems to be a little bit of an issue with the finance department. When you're there to buy something and spend money they're on top of you if you miss something they hound you. But if you trade in your car or sell it and you try to get the money back( warranties or Gap) from the dealership nobody returns calls, nobody emails you back,nothing gets done and drags on for months and months. Totally totally unprofessionalism will never buy a car from here again and discourage anyone I know from buying a car from here. I love my BMW but I rather refer them to Mercedes at this point!!!!!

Texted Julie Passon early one morning and mentioned how I desperately needed to come in that day and have 2 new rear tires installed. I did not have an appointment. She reassured me if I came in she would be able to take care of me. Once I arrived within minutes she had me a ride to work.
She kept me informed of the process. After a few hours she texted to say my vehicle was ready. I picked up the vehicle and it was washed and vacuumed. Thanks so much Julie for the excellent service!

Tyler is a great Service Rep. He was friendly, knowledgable and quickly arranged for a loaner car. They were flexible in arranging for a late morning appointment. I purchased my X5 at BMW Nashville and the entire staff was professional and friendly, especially Sergio and the finance department. I recommend BMW Nashville without reservation.

They are nice but way, way too slow. Had a 10:30 a.m. appointment to pick up a new car.
All loan paperwork and trade in arrangements had already been made in advance. The car was ready upon our arrival but it still took 4.5 hours to get out the door. As far as I could tell there was no significant hold up except their paperwork process or, alternatively, they just don't realize that sitting in their nice chairs is not the best way to spend your day. So needless to say the next vehicle might not be a BMW for this reason alone.

My battery in my BMW died while I was on vacation....

My battery in my BMW died while I was on vacation. Thought this was a bit unusual since the battery was only 27 months old. Karen Gerow was my technical manager and she said they would do the diagnostics to determine why the battery died and determine if it could be recharged. A couple of hours later she informed me they could not recharge the battery and it appeared I left my lighting switch in wrong position which ultimately drained my battery over five days. Unfortunately, the warranty for my battery had recently expired. Despite this, Karen went above and beyond to minimize my costs. She did not have to do this but her can-do attitude, initiative and proactive approach to solving problems and looking out for her customers was exemplary in every respect. I cannot thank her and the BMW team at Nashville enough.

They say "you get what you pay for" and at BMW of Nashville this is true. I went from a Honda Accord to an X5 and while the Honda dealership always did a good job, at BMW the service is exceptional. Gone are the days of trying to figure out HOW I'm going to juggle work, errands and getting my car serviced. Scheduling service is easy and everything is done to make it as convenient as possible. If I can't wait, they take me to work or wherever I like and pick me back up. Don't have time for that? They let me drop the car off overnight and get a loaner. When I get my vehicle back it is not only washed, but also vacuumed. At BMW of Nashville I'm assigned a service specialist who I work with exclusively. Kenneth, knows me and my husband by name and knows our car. I don't feel like I'm being nickeled and dimed. Technicians take the time to answer any questions I have about recommended service. If I have ANY questions about my vehicle they have BMW experts who will take the time to answer them. Have had my vehicle for almost a year and decided to wait until I had a couple of encounters before writing a review. Truly a great experience.

I got to work with Kevin and Kandy at BMW of Nashville this past week when I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. This was the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle on my own and I just had to make sure I said how incredible my experience was with both of them. Kevin took the time to test drive the jeep with me and figure out all of the best options for me in regards to warranty/etc. When it came to actually buying it and running numbers, he brought in Kandy from the finance department and I have to say - she's incredibly personable and answered all of my questions flawlessly. If you need to make a new vehicle purchase, I highly recommend going and asking for those 2. They are complete pros.

BMW of Nashville did an incredible job with my recent purchase and service follow up from Brandon B. of my 2019 BMW X3 M40i. My sales rep Daniel M. did an great job swiftly moving through the purchasing process and did a great job making the process enjoyable.

If you are looking for a new vehicle you have to look at BMW and especially with BMW of Nashville. I ve owned 4 BMW s since 2001 and BMW of Nashville has done an incredible job with sales and service on 3 of the 4.

The 2019 X3 M40i is an amazing machine once again. From the aggressive and awesome sounding start to the head snapping acceleration I was thrilled just on performance alone. Not to mention the high quality finishes and refinements of the vehicle. When I drive this SUV it s like driving a sports car. I m very pleased with the vehicle and would recommend it to anyone looking for a competitively priced mid-size SUV.

You can t go wrong with BMW of Nashville or the X3 M40i.

Julie was working on her birthday but had the greatest attitude. She not only told me what services were due but let me know how long it would take and walked me to my vehicle when completed. Top notch advisor! Wish there were more like her.

My husband and I were driving home to Kansas City, Missouri after spending a week in South Carolina visiting family. About an hour outside of Nashville, we received an error message on our 2018 Countryman that the drivetrain had a malfunction. We called Mini of Nashville and thanks to Service Advisor Debbie Burdett's generous spirit, we were able to get squeezed into their busy service schedule. Turns out we needed all new spark plugs. I can't sing Debbie's praises enough, as well as her very capable service staff. If you have a Mini, you have a problem with it AND you happen to be in or near Nashville, call the Mini dealer there and ask for Debbie. You can't go wrong!!

While the buying process went well, (other than the non negotiable over book price), trying to get refunds of the extra warranties I bought now that I've sold the car has been a nightmare. The finance department refused to help me, so I had to submit the requests myself to sonic, and more than 2 months later, I have just received the refund for gap insurance but only the run around for the refund on the extended warranty- over 3000.00. I will NEVER buy another car from this dealer or any dealer affiliated with sonic automotive.

Good service technicians, but prices for parts are not competitive with other dealers. For instance simple trip part, $70 dollars at other dealers, $103 at Sonic dealerships. I will pay more for the labor rate because of the overhead and training investment the dealer has to make but the parts 30% higher also?

A.J. was great, helpful and courteous. I had a recall for the passenger airbag and repairs were made with minimum of hassle. The replacement took about 5 hours so I made arrangements for a loaner. One issue, I pull out of the lot and notice there is 5 miles of fuel in the tank. Good thing I looked or I would be sitting on the side of the road with a whole different attitude. Always happy with my X6 though. Great vehicle

I had an excellent sales agent from Mercedes Benz due to you all having a sale. He was amazing and tried his best to have it run smoothly. He did everything he could to speed up the process, however, due to not having his computer, etc. we were there from 10-4. We were hungry and ready to go. However, our salesman did an am amazing job at keeping it as smooth as possible. Just wish we would have been there 2 hours rather than 6.

From the initial phone call to schedule the appointment to the final vehicle pickup was managed with plan and precision. Frequent updates on the status was unexpected but appreciated very much. Took my M550i in for fault indicators dealing with...

Took my M550i in for fault indicators dealing with the Active Driver Assistance system. My service advisor Michael informed me that there was a recall that was due to reprogram the car that dealt with these issues and also a second recall to replace all lines with braided steel lines. Michael informed me that the reprogramming would take a day or two to complete including the new lines and should fix all the issues. I was given a brand new X3 as a loaner and Michael kept me up to date throughout the whole process and gave me an anticipated day and time to pick up my vehicle. When I returned my car was pulled into the bay and ready. This dealership usually does an outstanding job cleaning your car upon pick up. That particular day it was just quickly rinsed but I believe it was due to it being really cold out with rain chances. Chances are you will be greatly impressed on your visit as I am always. I haven t had any problems with my car since the visit. Ask for Michael, he s a great guy to work with.

Wow I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating!!! Could NOT have been more pleased with my experience at BMW of Nashville. Precious, from the internet team, was phenomenal at letting me know the car availability of the one I was looking at and getting me set up to come in and look at it. Chad, my sales manager, was the BEST I could have ever had. Seriously, wow. He answered my numerous questions, explained the whole process in great detail, waited patiently while I looked and test drove the car, and walked me through all the steps I needed to take even with adding the car to my insurance policy. He s the nicest person ever end talked with us about BMW history (which I was very intrigued about and had asked) and cool cars in general while we waited for everything to go through. I ve been through several car purchasing experiences and this was BY FAR the best because of how awesome Chad was! Ask for him when booking your appointment; you will be glad you did I promise. And Kandy on the financing side made that whole process a breeze! She was so nice and walked us through everything we needed to do and stopped to explain everything and answer our questions before we signed a thing. She worked hard on getting us a great rate and made the last part of the process stress free! Seriously these guys are the best and made what could have been a nerve wracking experience for me one that was the best I ve ever had! I felt I could not have this amazing experience and not share it for others considering this dealership because I had never been here before! 10/10 would recommend!!!

I've been told that other places are cheaper, and have tried twice to go elsewhere, but Ive found again and again that they are actually more expensive and their work and advice is inferior to BMW of Nashville. This dealership has serviced my car for years and they are always so professional. More specifically, I can't say enough about Brandon. A total sweetheart! always so kind and helpful. They provide loaners, which is a big plus for me, and their prices are very competitive. My advice-- Call them to get a price estimate and compare, before doing work elsewhere--I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. :)

The manager Michael went over and beyond the call of duty to change my frustrating day due to my insurance company to a resolution that was done with the fastest of speed, that almost made me forget my frustrating experience, that I was forced to endure with my insurance company.

Really bad experience with this dealership, especially the shop. I found some of their tools in my engine compartment. They placed the new "O" rings on top of the old "O" rings, instead of replacing the old "O" rings, which damaged the new and old "O" rings causing a massive oil leak. The parts department is unreachable at best. Customer service advisors not friendly at all. To Sum it all up, I will never go to BMW of Nashville ever again!

Kevin assisted in my purchase of my 2018 Dodge Caravan. There was no pressure to buy-and I am very satisfied with the sales side of things. Michael helped with financing, and was completely transparent with the whole process. He explained the interest rate I was getting, explained that the lender may need additional items-he was very upfront which I sincerely apprecite. When ever I have an issue with my 2013 X5 I know that the team at BMW of Nashville is going to take expert care of my care and me. My service advisor Karen Gerow is absolutely tip top, she always takes care of me, making sure I have a vehicle while my car is in. On my most recent visit I forgot my appointment, went in late and they still took care of my car and gave me one to drive while they were checking mine out. I actually look forward to taking my car in because everyone is so friendly and they make you feel welcome all while providing excellent service! From May 2016
