My husband and I were driving home to Kansas City, Missouri after spending a week in South Carolina visiting family. About an hour outside of Nashville, we received an error message on our 2018 Countryman that the drivetrain had a malfunction. We called Mini of Nashville and thanks to Service Advisor Debbie Burdett's generous spirit, we were able to get squeezed into their busy service schedule. Turns out we needed all new spark plugs. I can't sing Debbie's praises enough, as well as her very capable service staff. If you have a Mini, you have a problem with it AND you happen to be in or near Nashville, call the Mini dealer there and ask for Debbie. You can't go wrong!!
