I ve purchased 2 BMW s from this location and over my past few years of experience with BMW have never had better customer service before working with Ashley. She has completely set the bar of expectation so high from here on out. She helped me out so much on a day of high stress for me and handled it with ease. I can t thank Ashley enough for taking care of me and getting me back on the road in no time. She is amazing and so kind.

Great people, especially my Sales Advisor, Leah and my F&I Manager, Mike. They took good care of me, but despite being approved before I came to the dealership, and having an appraisal prior to my visit, I still spent about 4 hours at the dealership. My car was clean and ready for me, though it had some previously undisclosed minor damage to the bumpers for which they further discounted the sales price. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.

After an hour of saying no and being pressured int...

After an hour of saying no and being pressured into an extended warranty. I finally was able to purchase my truck. Literally less than 12 hours later. I got a flat tire out of no where. No objects in tire. So i replaced with spare and continued on my trip to work to get 10 miles down the road for another tire to go flat as people honked and warned me. After waiting 4 hours on a tow truck. I got to a shop to be told the tires are un-repairable and have a crack instead of a puncture hole. So i was forced to spend $374 on 2 new tires in less than 24 hours of owning the vehicle! Now over a week later i am jumping through hoops after providing receipts with multiple phone calls to hear there isnt much they can do but will get back with me. I could understand if I owned the truck for a month and this happened, but not literally hours after purchase. Worst experience I've ever had with any customer service from a dealer. Once they got my money, I was kicked to the curb it feels as.

For me, this was my first experience purchasing a car and my first experience with BMW of Nashville. I worked with Marshall Billingsley at the dealership located on Armory Oaks Drive and he was nothing short of amazing. He was a straight shooter, extremely helpful, and made sure I found exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better first time buyer's experience. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from these guys!

Just when I thought the service couldn't get any better! I had Ryan as a service person for two BMWs and was very happy with the service he provided. Now I have Brad, and if it is possible, he is even better! (I had a bad one in between those two, but am a very happy camper now! )

Mitchell Pope is tremendous! We were buyers from Florida and communication was always prompt, courteous and professional. First time buying a car so far away so there was a lot of trust going into this journey. We were not disappointed. On top of that, we have bought a TON of cars over the years (many BMWs) and honestly Mitchell was by far the BEST salesperson we have ever worked with. Fantastic experience. Thank you.

Really friendly up front but I ve had my used car for less than 3 months and already had to spend over $300 in repairs. I m not happy! I keep getting hung up on when I call the dealership and no one is returning my calls. My payments are an extra $60 a month because I wanted warranties. I got a newer car so I wouldn t have these repairs. What good are warranties if they keep slipping through loopholes and won t cover anything that s wrong?! Seriously upset and def not satisfied.

I purchased a car here this past spring, the car has been absolutely wonderful.
However, I had two serious issues with the organization of the sales and delivery team.
Initially it took several months for them to remember to pick up my license plates. I was informed that they would pay the ticket if I got one....... I wanted to ask if I would be compensated for my time and the general harassment of being pulled over and ticketed for a completely avoidable reason. I rented a vehicle for work related travel while they took their leisure getting to the tag office.
They also left a GPS tracker hooked up to my battery of which, once discovered, was promptly removed.
UPDATE: 1 year later - I went to renew the tag and was informed that I had not been issued the correct commercial plate but instead a personal plate for a commercially titled vehicle. I was heading out of town and was being refused renewal........... After much convincing and explanation of the poor administration and customer service during the vehicle purchase, she let me renew but told me good luck next year because my vehicle is not properly tagged in the right classification/category. I am so frustrated with this................ she said they have to submit the corrected forms and obtain the original commercial plate, WHAT?!!?
I am thankful she let me slide but I certainly dread next year. Now where do I start?

Thank you Nashville BMW for saving me money! Due to your abysmal customer service and follow up I purchased the same model vehicle closer to my home for less money!
As an out of town cash buyer I called the dealership several times attempting to speak with someone about a vehicle I found online. The six attempts in one afternoon to speak with someone in sales about the vehicle was a completely futile endeavor. Each time I called I was assured Mark would call me back, he did not.

I am very upset with the service that this BMW provided. I bought a BMW X6 2 years ago with a manufacture warranty and unfortunately I got into a car accident and my car was totaled. I was lucky to have new replacement car insurance and was about to purchase a new BMW. However, when I called the finance department trying to get the warranty cancelled since I no longer own that car. The front desk would not help me and keep sending me to this voice mail which I left for 1 week. No one has answered my call. One time, she had me on hold for 30 minutes. This is very very bad customer service. One time they told me they would call me right back after I complained, but again no phone call. I do not want to buy another car from this dealership anymore. I do not like to write negative review, but they leave me no other choice. The warranty was $2900. This is not a small amount of change to ignore this

Michael is an exceptional employee of BMW of Nashville and make sure you keep him there!! I would recommend you give him a raise he is that thorough with whatever your needs are with your BMW! He's an asset to your company went over everything with the vehicle, everything that was done and what was needed and no surprise bills... Keep Michael he's a good one... one thing I was surprised at compared to the other Highline dealerships that I visit with my other vehicles is your waiting area is very uncomfortable and just has a cold feeling to it. Perhaps some leather chairs and rugs like Mercedes Lexus Infiniti Porsche I just kind of expected more of a comfortable waiting experience at this particular BMW store. I absolutely enjoying purchasing my car from Nashville BMW dealership. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Demetrius Matchen the Finance manager was awesome explain everything in a professional manner but simplified the process, Tim Bell my salesmen on a scale 1-10 he's a 20. Very professional but has a sense of humor. He is a outstanding salesman. He is a excellent asset to Nashville BMW. I would recommend this dealership with no problem.

Had a appointment at 930am to have a piece of trim fixed. Back home by 1030am. Minutes of arriving vehicle was whisped away as I got to the service advisor. About 15 minutes after I signed the request the vehicle was ready. No charge, no hassle. Probably the best car dealership in Nashville.

This is my second service visit at this location (BMW Nashville- Armory Oaks Drive) and yet again, I am blown away with the level of care and exceptional customer service provided. During my last visit, Kevin Dittler was my point of contact. Kevin works in the service department and he is incredible! From making sure I received a loaner vehicle in a timely manner, to the follow up communication as my car was being serviced, every step of the process- absolutely amazing service! As a traveling consultant and busy professional, I thoroughly appreciated the text message updates. Rarely do I have time to step away and take calls or listen to voice messages so receiving play by play text message updates regarding my car was perfect.

Always appreciative of the quality work, attention to detail, and level of service received at this location!

I had a terrible experience They have the worst diagnostic service they are just a head missed my car was there for about a week they said is done I brought It back the check engine light and two more lights were on that I didn t had before I took it back is been there almost for two weeks Now they ask me to pay more to make it run again they are a head missed is like you have to fix everything in the car to make it work is just like buying new car is not worth it plus when I call the service guy he doesn t return my call till I call back and ask the front desk lady to go tell him or the second day he calls back don t recommend it at all.

Let me tell you about my experience yesterday since I had a lot of work done on my car and I was there all day talking with different BMW owners. You really do have a professional staff working there. My BMW drove like a new car and I appreciate that. As I talked with the different owners, it's kind of like we're all one family. I was most impressed with the caliber of people I came into contact with yesterday. It made the day go by quickly being around such nice people. I think that you run one of the best service centers around, where a doctor on her way to work at the V.A. hospital has a flat and you are able to get her in and out in a couple of hours with a new tire and she can then go to work. I like that because I am a veteran and I told her how much I appreciate what she does for me and other veterans. I talked with her and she said that she had always come there and wouldn't buy another brand of vehicle because of the service you provide her on her BMW. I have only been to one other BMW service center and that was in Pudacah and I would much rather come to Nashville and will again if I need my car serviced.

I have a 2011 BMW 335d with only 23,000 miles on it. The car is shaking violently because it needs new rotors and brake pads. The service advisor (Wayne) and his assistant (Brad) told me that it would not be covered under the manufacturers warranty because the car, "sat for too long". Pretty comical right? Yes, apparently you must drive your car and you can't get it wet or you will develop rust! This is the worst experience I have ever had at a automotive dealership. I guess thats what a $45000 car gets you...

I have been to 7 different BMW dealerships in 6 di...

I have been to 7 different BMW dealerships in 6 different states and this was the worst one. This is the only dealership that charges a 'diagnostic fee' (about $120) when you drop off your vehicle for maintenance. This occurs even if you clearly articulate your problem to the service manager. Overall, I had a very poor experience with my service manager. He failed to keep me informed on my vehicle maintenance which left me without a vehicle a day longer than necessary. Also, only half of the services I requested were completed on my vehicle. As a result, I had to make another service appointment when I arrived to pick up my vehicle....I would also recommend opting out of their 'complimentary' car wash, that is unless you dont mind having hundreds of water/wax spots on your vehicle

I think BMW's are built to make the dealership money after the warranty expires. I have spent over $3,000 in the past two months on my 2011 X5 with 72,000 miles on it. Water pump, turbo oil leak, and then a coolant hose leak. The repairs were done efficiently, it seems. I have spent $5,447.74 over the past 5 years on various repairs. My wife has a 2004 Toyota Highlander with 140,000 miles and she has spent $1,200 TOTAL on oil changes, brakes, and etc. I feel like I have been taken advantage of. THINK before you buy a BMW.

Brought my BMW in yesterday for an oil change and regulations upkeep, I mentioned when I made the appt that I needed some coolant as I had gotten a message about it. At my appt I hear that it s almost time to replace two tires (that I don t need) but I get into my car this morning and get a warning that my coolant is low. You had one job!!

Who has time to deal with this? I don t. I had to have someone else bring in the vehicle because I was traveling for work. Now I have to bring it back and likely argue with them to have them do what I already paid them to do?

It has many years since I last used BMW Nashville, but I recently purchased a used BMW and returned for a recall notice for an airbag.

Not only did my advisor addressed this needed work, he performed a complete analysis to be certain that all required work was completed and no action was required.

Bought a car at an out of town dealership and had a problem with the key fob that came with the car. Michael and his team at BMW of Nashville helped me to get the problems taken care of. They were great throughout, and even let me reschedule my service appointment to get the new fobs programmed with less than an hours notice when I forgot about another lunchtime appointment that I had double scheduled.

I think that the folks at +BMW & Mini of Nashville are pretty clueless. I've told them multiple times that we no longer own the 740i or the X5, yet they insist on sending us maintenance reminders and service clinic notices. They refuse to take the hint. Even +Sonic Automotive, their parent company, has not been able to help. I don't know if they really think we'll change our mind or they don't understand what I'm asking.

I've been here a couple times to do maintenance on my '11 328i and was very pleased. Big thanks to Michael who was my service advisor on both occasions. He was very timely with status updates and worked out a very competitive cost for a repair compared to a different dealer.
I will definitely continue coming here for future service on my car.

The only thing that runs better than an X6, V8, is the precision of the Nashville BMW Service Center. Karen is a seasoned veteran with excellent communication and keen sense to details. If you want to see the definition of hustle, go watch the 50 professionals at this service center; WoW!!

I was looking to purchase a bmw for a while and I have been trying to get an appointment. I was finally able to find some time to test drive a Certified Pre owned car. I liked the car a lot but more importantly I liked the dealership and the service. No haggling. I liked the deal and price. I was not happy about the trade in value for my car and they accommodated my demands in a timely fashion.

I really appreciate them trusting me with the car even before I signed any financial document. As soon as I expressed interest in closing they didnt let paperwork delay me from trying out the car for a few days ( I couldve still said no after having the car). I appreciate the passion in which Phil explained all the features and his belief in BMWs.

Shout out to DJ as well for powering through the loan approvals.

Sergio and the entire staff were awesome. Drove 2 hours with plans on looking at an X3; Audi Q5; and Range Rover Discovery Sport. Stopped looking at the X3 and BMW of Nashville and drove home with it the same day.

2011 BMW 550i

2011 BMW 550i
This car has the N63 engine, which has a Class Action Lawsuit associated with it. I took the car to BMW of Nashville, Armory Oaks, to see about resolving the excessive oil usage and other CAL related problems. They kept it for 4 days and then called to say that I need to spend $10,000 for a new engine. So, that has me paying 75% of a new engine for a car built in 2010. I said no thanks, not worth the investment. Since I didn t choose the engine replacement, they re doing NO repairs to the engine related problems. This is the absolute worst customer service experience I ve had related to a car or any other substantial purchase. Lastly, they put me in a 2020 X5 hoping I d just trade for a new vehicle. Sadly, not so. BMW of Nashville will not see a dollar from me or anyone else I can convince of that on every social media channel available to me.

I was able to get an appointment for the next day through your automated online scheduling. I was please with that however, the prompts were extremely slow to get it scheduled. My Service Tech was extremely nice and pleasant. I had no issues with the service that was provided.

"One Bad Apple" During my trip to BMW of Nashville to purchase a pre owned vehicle my sales representative was unprofessional and condescending. The vehicle was misrepresented over the phone, so after inspection I wasn't interested in buying the vehicle. He then told me it was perfect for the year model. He was very disrespectful and argumentative after my offer, that he asked for. Then the classic visit from the sales manager telling us there final price we left.

Friendly service. Work was done under warranty. 3 stars because I was left sitting for 3 hours - they never bothered to come and let me know they had diagnosed the problem and were fixing it. If I hadn't gone out to ask, I would have been sitting another 45 min until the repair was finished.
