This was one of the better experiences I have had with buying a car. The prices are clearly listed online and on the lot. I compared their prices to other dealers and BMW's is in-line with Bluebook and in some cases much lower. Their sales staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will do business with them in the future.

What an awesome experience. This is the place to go. Customer service is out of this world. We all know how car shopping can be but Daniel made it as enjoyable as car shopping can be. Go see Daniel at BMW of Nashville. Thank you for your customer service. Very important in today's society.

I recently took my vehicle to BMW of Nashville for a minor service issue and Lori Glover was my service adviser. I can't say enough good about how pleasant she was to work with. She was able to work me into their schedule with no appointment, she got my issue resolved in a timely fashion and even provided me with her cell number in case I had any issues. It's become quite rare to find people in service roles who take a genuine interest in providing good service....Lori is one of those rare people.

Took my X5 in for an oil change and apparently the lube tech could not be bothered to replace the bottom cover under the engine properly and instead caused the forward tabs to be bent at 90 degree angles down. Typically not visible but I dropped something that rolled under the car and so got down on my hands and knees to get it and saw it.

From the moment I pulled into the service bay I was immediately impressed with the professionalism I witnessed. Kevin, my service expert went above and beyond to ensure my car and I were well taken care of making it the best customer service experience I have EVER had anywhere. I will only be taking my car back to this BMW location for future services.

How it got so many good reviews makes me think it probably workers that placed the review. They have tons of workers, only less than a handful are helpful/competent. Service dept is decent but sales/parts is useless. Ordered some parts online, got a email that it was there, and the guy Tim couldn t find it. He spent 15 minutes typing my info in and still couldnt find it.

Car sales are sneaky, told me they dont make the 3 or 4 series in X drive. Get real, i just made one online. They want to sell what s on the lot, which is fine, but don t lie and say they don t make it. I drove to atlanta to buy it from someone that actually knew about Bmw s. Huntsville is better as well.

Excellent customer service. Great communications on status of repairs. The negative is they charge $120 to diagnose the problem and a environmental charge for the repair. In my case it was $27.95 for taping a damaged cable for my hood latch. Totally out of proportion for the repair.

One of our best car purchase experiences thus far! We had previously purchased a SAC from a different dealership and we'd been happy with the experience, however Chad Laha's humor, and honest, straightforward problem-solving approach to my new SAC needs was refreshing and delightful. Highly recommend purchasing from this dealership! The SAC is a pure joy to drive, too!

I had to stop in from a road trip to get oil added to my 335i. Houston was very helpful and got me in and out of the service department within 30 minutes. You could tell Houston cared about his work along with everyone else at the service department.

I purchased a Lexus IS200 on February 2. I was overcharged $400 for my tag. I have contacted the mgr who worked my account and was told numerous versions who would give me a refund and when it would arrive. Once I confronted her with multiple stories I was then told to contact the controller who I left messages with for a week. I then resorted to the general manager, none of which have returned my voicemails. BMW have yet to provide a refund or any paperwork to acknowledge the need for a refund to me or my leinholder. After reading reviews, I have not been the only person this has happen to. Buyers beware - the price is great but the hidden fees and over charges and headaches negate it in the end.

Great customer service from Kevin Sim; perhaps the best & easiest, hassle free car buying experience. I asked Kevin if he would deliver the car to Jackson,TN in which he honored the request, all as a courtesy. Really appreciate Kevin and as we are also looking to replace our 2010 BMW X5, I will be happy to do business again with Kevin Sim again.

UPDATE: The Parts Department called me immediately after receiving shipment the following afternoon. I was able to pickup the item thirty minutes after the call ended. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the Parts Department for turning this situation around. I am a satisfied customer.
ORIGINAL POST: I placed an order for a simple o-ring and was guaranteed that it would be available for pick up as it was a stock item, especially since the order under my name had placed it on hold. Low and behold, I get ready to purchase the item and was told that Service had used them all. I now have to wait four days until the dealership receives another shipment. That s four days of not being able to use my car, my daily, because Parts allowed them to use a simple o-ring that was placed on hold. Other than that aggravating instance, the new facility is immaculate and has top-notch amenities.

When I picked my car up from service, there were grease marks from someone's boots all over my backset and carpet also grease marks on my door handles and grease on my leather seats. I had to take it to the car wash to get it cleaned up. This leads me to believe that m car was used to transport people around, probably for someone's lunch run or similar. To be very honest, that's not what I expect from a luxury car dealership. Also although the mileage drop off and pickup (what was recorded on the ticket) only showed 17 miles of test drive mileage, when I dropped it off, I had a little less than a 1/2 tank of gas but when I picked it up I had only 45 miles left until completely empty. To me that does not add up.

Also, in my previous BMW experiences at other dealerships, my car was typically washed and light detailed and looked better than it did before I dropped it off. That is never the case with this dealership. To be honest, I would take it somewhere else if there were other dealerships in the Nashville area.

We had been searching for a first car for my 16 year old when we came to BMW Nashville. We couldn t have asked for a better experience. Our salesman, Ben, was amazing. He made us feel that he genuinely wanted my daughter in a safe vehicle. He took the time to let us test drive multiple cars, explained the inspection of each car, provided Carfaxes and wasn t pushy. For the first time in 5 months I felt confident about purchasing a vehicle that would be safe and reliable (in our price range)! We will definitely visit this dealership again for future purchases.

Required service performed quickly. Service people courteous and efficient. Do not like service department in used car showroom. In previous visits I always enjoyed looking for my next new BMW. Waiting area did not have amenities I had come to expect (coffee, water, snacks) as a customer of this dealership for more than 20 years.

My review for my car buying experience would have ...

My review for my car buying experience would have been a 5 star review HOWEVER several hours after I purchased a vehicle from the BMW dealership on Armory Oaks drive in Nashville, my personal information was used to open several online bank accounts.
My social security number, address, and DOB have been compromised because of my car purchase at this dealership. Ive had to file a police report and place fraud alerts with the credit agencies. I called the dealership and left two messages with no call back. On my third call I was able to speak with someone who had no explanation or apology for this occurrence. A promise to look into potential internal connections would have been appreciated. Their credit check company should be notified.
This mess will effect my credit and personal information for years.
DO NOT purchase a car here if you value keeping your personal secure.

I have been a customer of BMW of Nashville since 2001. My purchase of a 2016 X3 last May has continued their record of excellence in sales and service.
My service advisor, Brandon Burdette has gone out of his way to keep my vehicle safe, up to date, and fun to drive. He is always super friendly, will come out in the waiting area to tell me "how much longer" and wishes me safe travels when I leave

I was very disappointed with the service of my X1. An oil change and routine engine scoping (whatever that was) cost $200. And that was only after I complained that before the service was conducted I was quoted $170 (still very high) and the first bill I was given was $285. The service rep then said oh they forgot your discount. She would have happily taken the extra money. I would also mention how I noticed my car was sitting for almost an hour out front. I thought they might still have something to do with it. But when I was finally summoned to the service desk to get the inflated bill I was given back my keys and pointed to my car. All in all a real bummer of an experience.

If you need your car serviced, go here and ask for Michael Ayers. I have had the best experience with this rep than anyone I have ever dealt with since buying my BMW. I was considering trading in my car altogether due to my previous experiences with another dealership, but from my first interaction with Michael he has been responsive, patient, honest, and truly committed to resolving issues that have been going on for months that no one else could get fixed. His knowledge of my BMW and ability to explain it to me makes me feel much better about the money I have to spend to get it serviced. I trust him 100% and will not take my car to anyone else moving forward.

DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$! I got a brand new X3 same feature for cheaper than the used 3 yr old X3 they were trying to sell me. The employees here are like old school slimy sales guys who are rude and lie to your face. They don't care about customers, they just want to turn and burn. Oh, and they don't negotiate on price...it's "against their policy."
Seriously, don't waste your time here you can have a way better experience somewhere else and save yourself money while you're at it.

I was disappointed my service. My car die died and I found out that it was a fuel pump. The fuel pump was covered under an extended warranty so I had to pay to tow my car to the Nashville dealer for the repair. Once the car was at the dealer, the tow guy called me because he didn't know how to put the car in neutral to get it off of the truck. He told me service guys at BMW said they could not help him and he had to do it on his own. I finally was able to get someone from the service department to go and help him out. I get a call from the tow guy and said they are still unable to get the car in neutral. I had to leave work to go to BWM just to put the car in neutral so they could get if off of the tow truck. I was disappointed and frustrated having to leave work to go to BMW dealer when they are supposed to be the expert. When i arrived at the dealer, the battery on my car was dead from the attempts of putting the car in neutral. They attempt to get the car off with a car dolly. As I watched one of the dolly fell of the side of the bed of the tow truck. I ask them to stop and let me put the car into neutral for them. I put the car in neutral and rowed the car of the tow truck and left. The service guy called me the next day said they swapped the fuel pump out but the battery is low and the High pressure fuel might be bad. He told me he could test the high pressure fuel line until he replaces the batter. I told him the was fine until that day the car was being dropped out and ask him to try charging the battery. He insisted that i needed new battery because the charge might not hold. I just told him since the battery did charge and the car is running fine I'll just pick it up the way it is. My car starts fine with no problem and also running fine.

After leaving Hallmark VW & spending hours trying to haggle with them to lower the sticker price for an over priced vehicle. I was browsing online and found a better deal at BMW of Nashville. I was greeted by Ben H and we found the perfect car for the price we were looking to pay. Not only was the car a year newer but it also was cheaper than the one we were going to buy at Hallmark without having to haggle prices. Ben H made the transaction seemless and answered all our questions with a smile on his face. My wife and I couldn't believe how amazing our experience was. I will recommend everyone to buy a car from Ben H and I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future. This is the way car buying should be !

Purchased a low mileage BMW on Memorial Day after searching all the usual "other" places and online web sights. The car was very fairly priced near KBB value and had the complete history available having been sold new at BMW Nashville. Compliments to the dealership and especially Mark Lambo for going way out of his way to make sure we were pleased. Mark even called me personally to answer a question he learned I had well after the purchase.
Having dealt with BMW Nashville since it was located on Murfreesboro Road years ago, this dealership's integrity and care continues to make owning BMW's worry free. This makes our 5th. Will continue exclusively using their service and parts department as well.

I CAME TO BMW PRECERTIFED BECAUSE MY LAST VEHICLE ...

I CAME TO BMW PRECERTIFED BECAUSE MY LAST VEHICLE WAS TOO SMALL FOR A BABY DUE NEXT MONTH, BEING MY 5TH, AND IT WAS NEED OF MAJOR REPAIRS ANYWAY. I LIVE 80 MILES AWAY
I LOOKED ONLINE, RESEARCHING , GOT APPROVED ALL BEFORE SEEING VEHICLE. I DID TEST DRIVE THE VEHICLE ABOUT 2-3 MILES FROM THE DEALER. EVERYTHING SEEMED FINE. TOOK IT DOWN TO NEXT EXIT ON INTERSTATE AND BACK . I CHECKED UNDERCARRIAGE FOR LEAKS OR BAD SIGNS ON SUSPENSION, ETC. NEXT DAY ON WAY TO WORK I NOTICED SMALL SHUDDER ABOUT 35 MPH. I CHECKED TRANSMISSION FLUID AND REALIZED IT WAS EXTREMELY DARK AND OBVIOUSLY POOR CONDITION . AT PURCHASE, WAS TOLD THE CAR HAD BEEN THROUGH A "SAFETY INSPECTION " AND THE ONLY THING THEY HAD SEEN WRONG WAS AN OIL CHANGE AND THEY CHECKED TIRE TREAD DEPTH. THEIR MECHANIC SAID IT HAD PASSED. NOW, AS I KNEW I DO NOT HAVE A EXTENDED WARRANTY, I TRIED CHANGING THE FLUID AND I ADDED AN AFTERMARKET SHUDDER LUBE MEANT TO TREAT THE PROBLEM. NEITHER HAS WORKED. A WEEK SINCE PURCHASING, I HAVE A QUOTE FROM A MECHANIC FOR $800-$1000 TO REPLACE A BAD TORQUE CONVERTER. IF THAT DOES NOT FIX IT, THEN AN ENTIRELY REBUILT TRANSMISSION AT ANOTHER $1600. I CALLED THE "CLIENT ADVISOR " AND WAS TOLD THAT WITHOUT THE $4000 WARRANTY WHICH WAS NEVER DISCUSSED, THEY COULDN'T HELP. THEY DID DISCUSS THE DENT SHEILD AND SPILL REPAIR PROGRAMS THEY PREEMPTIVELY OFFERED ME IN THE PURCHASE PRICE AT THE COST OF $1000 TOGETHER, BUT WHEN I ASKED ABOUT COST OF WARRANTY , THEY SAID IT WAS EXCESSIVE COST AND NOT NECESSARY. TODAY, IN MY CALL I WAS TOLD IT WAS "AS IS" AND AS A USED CAR IT CAN HAVE PROBLEMS. THEY SAID IF IT WAS A BMW, I WOULD HAVE HAD A 120 PT INSPECTION, NOT THE "WALMART SPECIAL" I COULD HAVE GOT MYSELF. ALSO THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY HAVE IN INVENTORY TO TRADE IN WITH COMPARABLE SIZE OR PRICE. BEING A SAFETY MEASURE OF MY TRANSMISSION SHATTERING INTO PIECES AS I DRIVE DOWN THE ROAD AND ME BEING STRANDED IN THE ROAD OR DITCH, I THINK THE SAFETY CHECK WAS WORTHLESS. I COULD HAVE BOUGHT A MYSTERY "POS" CAR AT A NO NAME DEALER, NOT FROM A BMW PRE CERTIFIED. I WILL NOT PURCHASE OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

At almost close of business I realized my battery was a little sluggish on my BMW. I called and spoke with Brandon in the service department to see if he could possibly test the battery before leaving. He was quick to suggest I go ahead and bring my car in. He said he may need to stay a little late, but did not want me to become stranded. This was my first experience with this service department, and will definitely be returning for my service needs. Although service did stay a little late, I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. I left with a new battery. Highly recommend this BMW of Nashville service department!

I just purchased a 2015 BMW 328i from BMW of Nashville. This turned out to be a great experience from the minute I met Robert Keller, the client adviser, to finalizing the deal and terms with Michael Mayo to meeting my new service advisor, Trevor Eich. I really appreciate Robert for listening to my needs and concerns, finding the right vehicle for me and for not pressuring me but giving me time to work through details in my mind. While end of day, end of month and end of quarter pressures were swirling, Michael Mayo, took time to answer ALL my questions about the deal and warranties.. and, yes, I know I asked quite a few! But he seemed to understand making this investment was important to me and he didn't want me to leave without knowing details. He brought in Trevor Eich to discuss servicing the car, things I should be aware of from a service perspective and how I would work with him in the future. What a genuine, intelligent and friendly young man and I am confident that I'll be dealt with fairly and honestly in the coming years as I have my car serviced.
Thank you gentlemen and thanks BMW of Nashville for making my experience a positive one!

Work is generally done well, but prices have risen beyond the obscene. $250 to change two cabin micro-filters. I bought the genuine parts online from BMW of Alexandria and changed them myself for less than $80. All of the services I have had performed have been competed properly I believe, but they seem to all be 30%-60% higher than Acura or Lexus service pricing.

Michael Janca, the service manager at BMW of Nashville, is without question, the best service manager I've ever encountered, regardless of industry or service. He's always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, energetic, and committed to delivering best-of-class service to everyone, each and every time. Michael is very accommodating and will do what it takes to reach a satisfactory conclusion. I wish I had a Michael Janca in my business.

In addition, an experienced service representative who is new to the dealership is Julie Passon. Julie is committed to her job and couldn't be any friendlier or helpful. She keeps me informed every step of the way and isn't afraid to call in a senior technician or Michael when she needs additional help to diagnose and solve the problem.

It is said that after the sale, it's the service that counts. I find that to be true and BMW of Nashville, through Michael and Julie and their colleagues do an absolutely fantastic job, earning my business forever.

My particular experience with BMW of Nashville was...

My particular experience with BMW of Nashville was undoubtably sub-par. I really wanted the specific Jeep I bought, so it is what it is, and I got what wanted, so at the end of the day I m happy about that. But when it comes to the level of service and just general business principles I m not a fan. There are a few things I d like to call out for anyone buying from out of town here, so that you have more insight than I did:
1.INSPECTION: Don t trust it. Definitely don t have your vehicle shipped. Make sure you have the time to go there and not only go there, but make sure you have time to actually fully inspect the vehicle. I unfortunately was on a super tight deadline to purchase, so I had to fly out there and drive it right back and mistakenly did not take the time to give the vehicle I purchased more than a quick glance over. Driving back, we experienced a center cap that was not tightened or checked, flying off about an hour into our drive back and scratching up the rim. We originally thought it was missing but after inspecting further realized it had not been tightened and came off while driving. We noticed the center counsel latch was completely broken and despite contacting the dealership right away (literally on our 8-hour drive back) it took over a week to even get a full answer from the sales rep, Victoria, and like every interaction with her throughout the buying process, I had to follow up with her because her communication was never pro-active and always followed by the excuse of the dealership being slammed. (If you re buying in person or live in town, I m guessing you d receive a different level of service, but for the out-of-towners proceed with caution and be prepared to have to do a lot of the following up if you re working with this rep). Additionally, after getting the vehicle home and having more time to look everything over, I noticed several more things wrong the driver s side visor was broken, the passenger seat wasn t properly aligned on the track, there was DRIED THROW-UP in the corner of the driver's side backseat/floor (which honestly, is not only disgusting but to me just completely tells me they could have only inspected the vehicle for major issues), and the weather proofing rubber liner/gasket on the trunk had a tear in it. My local Jeep dealership has had my Jeep for days fixing all of the items their inspection did not catch, and luckily there was still some original warranty left but they basically asked where I purchased from and laughed at the fact that I had driven it off lot with all of these items broken. I should have allowed more time to personally inspect before leaving. Consumer error for sure, but also - who runs a business like this?
2.COMMUNICATION: If you re buying from out of town, note that business seems to just be of a slower pace for TN. Responses are lackadaisical. Be prepared to have to follow up... a lot, especially if you re highly motivated to purchase or on any kind of deadline to which you want to have your vehicle by. Paperwork is not mailed out when they say. Also, if you re out of town and doing things virtually, you will keep receiving a bump in service on account of in-person communications taking precedence or at least that was the response I kept getting from my rep. Two people I do want to call out who had absolutely stellar communication and follow-through were Jeff, the finance manager who was 100% on his A-game and Rose from license and titling who also was extremely responsive and very thorough and timely!
This dealership s whole mission and message is taking the pain out of buying a car, but the experience I had, while brief and crammed into a two week window was less than exemplary. I'm actually STILL waiting for a copy of all sales paperwork that I was never provided and requested two weeks ago to which Victoria completely stopped responding and still hasn't sent. Hopefully others have a better experience, but if buying from out of town BE CAUTIOUS AND THOROUGH.
