Just want to say thanks to both BMW of Nashville a...

Just want to say thanks to both BMW of Nashville and my service advisor Brad Cowan! I drove in from out of state in my X5 when the airbag sensor went out. Since this was something that happened so quickly and without warning Mr. Brad was able to schedule me in and set me up with a loaner the next day! I am extremely appreciative for the service dept. getting me fixed up and Brad for being very helpful and courteous. By far my best experience with a BMW dealer!

My husband and I were beyond impressed and happy with the selection available as well as the condition of the vehicles we looked at and took for a test spin. The prices are definitely competitive and the vehicles are very well taken care of. We worked with Bipul and he was phenomenal. He was even patient with my questions and comfort I was looking for even though I wasn t sure what I was looking for. Haha! He tuned in to what I was needing and helped ask questions so I could narrow down my choses to find the right vehicle for me. Very happy with our purchase and would recommended to anyone!

I have been a long time customer of BMW Nashville and have always been pleased with their service, but this experience was not good. My car was not ready for two days and I had to keep calling to find out the status. Still have an unresolved problem. Service Rep. apologized saying they were just too busy to provide good service.

Sad to share a bad experience with this dealership...

Sad to share a bad experience with this dealership, but this problem has continued for six months! We had to return a car to BMW for personal reasons and, although they would only return $7000 less than we paid for it, that was not the worst of it. The manager said that he would share the cost of a second key. And never did so, but the worst of it was that the dealership's management would not return our money paid for an extended warranty which cost us $3000 dollars. They agreed to return $2700 of it since we kept the car only six months and returned it in top condition, yet six months later we are still waiting for a check from BMW of Nashville! They have made every excuse imaginable and have had the use of our money for half a year! We'll never shop there again. We encourage others to avoid them. The sales staff was wonderful but the finance people are ruthless and the management made unwelcome comments about a particularly attractive sales lady there in the presence of my wife. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. Stay clear of this dealership.

Bought my 328i Convertible from Hugh Nemets and it was a most pleasant experience. The sale was well worth the 200+ mile drive to the dealership, and Hugh was great to work with via email and phone prior to my trip. He sent numerous pictures and video to help me have a better idea of all aspects of the car. There was absolutely no pressure to make a sale, which always makes for a better buying experience! I would definitely recommend Hugh and the BMW Nashville sales team!

Service is always courteous, prompt, and completely accurate. I have never had to return for a repeat visit after repairs or maintenance. BMW represents excellence in every way. I highly recommend BMW.

Just bought a 2012 5 series from BMW of Nashville and was very happy throughout the whole process. I worked with Brooke Jones, whom I highly recommend. There was no pressure during the buying process and I am very happy with the vehicle thus far. Test drove equivalent Lexus, Jaguar makes and the vehicles didn't compare to the BMW, plus their salesmen were much less pleasant to work with.

Lexus service and automobiles (my choice for the last 5 cars) paled in comparasion to BMW of Nashville. Lexus say they practice Lean Methodology which "looks through the eyes of the customer" and always has the customer as the end point in all matters. BMW of Nashville really lives it! The dealership is 100% focused on customer service excellence. They place the highest priority on developing long term customer relationships. My experience was a delight. David Tran, my sales representative, made effective use of competitive brand analysis and continuously highlighted the dealership strengths. He exceeded all expectations without question. Hosea Willis-sales manager, Philip Johnson-sale manager, Michael Mayo-finance manager, and the BWM geniuses all displayed personal qualities that is very rare these days and refreshing. Yes, they really do care. The company culture is very innovative and everyone was focused on creating the best customer experience possible. I was in contact with 3 separate receptionists all of which possessed an extraordinary level of trying to provide "instant" customer service. And finally the car...My beautiful 330i convertible is proving to be my favorite of the 30+ I have owned!!! I highly recommend BMW of Nashville, they make car shopping and purchasing what it is supposed to be.

I was told by a co-worker the staff at this particular dealership have no sense of common courtesy for their customers and to not expect any one of them to be at all friendly unless you are approaching one of the guys on the floor to make a purchase on a newer vehicle. Despite that bad taste in my mouth and the precious experience I had years ago with the service department... I called today to confirm a part number I had ordered via my shop. I believe Caleb was the one who said the part was so incredibly old that he couldn't help me pull a catalog reference. Must I remind you, it's a 2006 325i (E90). I asked him to simply confirm and he refused to take the OEM part number from me, accusing me of making it up even though it was the exact same amount of numbers and format he had asked me for. Didn't take long for Caleb to disconnect the call. I would have reached out to the manager on a local level, but he is known for not returning calls apparently.

I traveled 3.5hrs an prior to coming, he prepared all necessary documents and even allowed me to see the vehicle before I came down. I'd highly recommend purchasing your next car here. Call Sergio.

I was actually looking to buy a different vehicle from them about two weeks earlier but it wasn't the right one for me, but I knew I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future and actually said that to my salesman. When this car showed up I contacted them immediately and bought it with confidence. A great experience.

Everyone was extremely nice and friendly from the moment I walked in. Buying a car can be stressful sometimes, especially during a Pandemic, but you could tell they were happy to see you and it was a very pleasant experience!
Chad Laha was the Client Advisor that worked with me and he was O-U-T-S-T-A-N-D-I-N-G! Great person and extremely knowledgeable. He made the experience so enjoyable that I must say that I knew I was going to purchase a car even before test-driving it.
Kandy, the Finance Director, was pretty great as well and meticulously answered all my questions.
Great experience, happy to refer friends to purchase from BMW of Nashville!

Awesome customer service. Kevin and Benny are great! These guys definitely go the extra distance. I had to go away for travel when I dropped my car off for servicing. Kevin took my return flight information and arranged for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. Benny was a great selection to drive the shuttle. Our conversation was so engaging we sat in the car probably for another eight minutes after arriving back to the dealership to finish our conversation. Kevin and my car were ready upon my arrival and explained all the paperwork and procedures. He even personally followed up a few days later to ensure that the service performed was effective. Thanks team for all your work!

Was in for service, got there a little before appo...

Was in for service, got there a little before appointment time but had to wait longer than I should have for someone to get to me. Finally my service guy came and apoligized for the wait and took me in to the waiting area. I guess it was one of those days as it took me over 2 hrs to get an oil change and inspection. Overall I have no issues with the dealership, and will continue to use them, however 2 hrs for an oil change was a little longer than I would have like it to be.

On Monday, I made an appointment for Wednesday to have a new battery installed. Dropped the car off at the assigned 10:45 time. They call me at 3:00 to let me know the battery does indeed need to be replaced, but said battery is en route to the dealership. It's been 1.5 hours since then and they're still not finished. What good does it do to make an appointment in advance and show up at the designated time only to have the same experience as anyone who just drives up? And on top of it all, the battery is nearly $500. What a joke.

I've been here in the past where the service was less than desirable and I ended up driving to Birmingham on 2 different occasions to my my x5. My most recent experience was a 5 star overall. Either internal procedures or management has changed and it is much welcomed.

if you are in the market looking for a BMW don't go to this dealership, they will just rip you off, i bought my 2014 BMW 320i( has sport package with sport seat and carbon fiber spoiler, premium package with touch pad and navigation system) july 2015 from this dealership for over $30,900 and down payment of 5K the car was service loaner and had over 9K miles on it. less than 10 months and about 18K miles on it now, i went back there for a trade in for a 2013 335 hybrid ( has 29K miles for i think $33K or $34K ) so they said ok " we gonna evaluate your car and go from there " so i said ok, after preowned car manager took it for a drive and check the car, then he sent his salesman back and said we gonna take your car for $18K, my jaw dropped when he said that so i asked him did you say $18K?? he was like yes. i bought the car for $31K and its not even been a year and you telling me it worth only $18K ?!!!!! he was like " well thats what we can pay you for it so i just walked out that day so mad and angry and i didn't even like my car anymore, were i liked so much before they told me that. so i week after i went in again and met with general manager of sales and his offer was $20K and of course that was still no good and he was saying obviously we made some profit out of this deal but still you had a good deal and i don't want you leaving unhappy like that so i told him is there anything you can do about this ?? he was like no!!!!!!! so don't go there unless you wanna have some extra money and wanna just give it away, and highly doubt there is anyone like that... :(

They did not reset the service light - had to drive back into the bay to have it reset. They also stated I needed a new air filter even though I was almost positive they replaced it 12 months prior at my last oil change and I stated this several times. He stated it did not show in the system that I had it replaced so I trusted BMW, him and they system so had them install a new filter. Once I got home, I looked at the last service receipt and sure enough they did replace the air filter at my last visit. So I had to call the dealer, wait on hold, be transferred and explain to the service advisor that I am looking right at the charge. He still couldn't find it until I told him where it was on the invoice. sigh... If me the customer, never had checked my receipts against what they stated I would have been charged for two filters in a 12 month span. He stated he would 'do something for me' on the next visit. what that means I don't know.

With in weeks of our purchase, our brand new x5 began to have problems. Customer service from the first moment that we were asked to bring it in, for a simple computer update, has been very poor. Over a month later we still had no answers or our vehicle back. Our service tech seemed highly annoyed by us at the first drop off. BMW of Nashville does not care at all about service after the sale. Our experience has been absolutely horrible. I would not ever recommend buying from here.

We really appreciate all the staff at BMW of Nashville, and will certainly bring our car back when it needs their expertise again. Emailled Katie Dawes,Customer Relations and Services Representative , 4 Times
She Replied that She will Contact them & ask them Contact me,
Guess what No Response.
So ,long Story Short,. I GoT That Smile N Happy face When I was there to Buy. BUT When I Had A Simple Question for a financial Specialist, 2months After Purchase . could Not Reach out to That Big Smile anymore.

This dealership went completely above and beyond their normal sales for any individual. We all know that when entering a dealership we expect to be in and out in what we as a consumer is a timely fashion. However, we consumers must be living in some kind of fantasy. Sales take time. Especially when a company such as BMW of Nashville is Quite Adamant about their customer relations and what will best for each and everyone s budget. Eric Campbell who was my salesman, is probably one of thee most calmest, direct, and precise persons I ve dealt with besides my trainer in Army Ranger School. Not only did he go beyond his call for the company but, so did everyone one else, from the finance manager, to the final paperwork. Everyone here are an amazing group of individuals. I want to personally thank everyone who was involved in making sure that I left with a newer vehicle and even was able to take my trade-in and find a great reduced percentage from my previous loan. Thank you all!!!!!

I had a service appointment this morning and was surprised and disappointed to see that NONE of the service advisors (and most other employees in the dealership) were wearing a mask or other protective as recommended by the State and the CDC and it is not consistent with the promo on the dealer's website that claims a "touchless" service experience. NOT reality. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND RISKS SPREADING THE VIRUS TO CUSTOMERS.

The service that I just received at BMW of Nashville was absolutely terrific. I use the service at BMW Nashville in Hundred Oaks. I have gone there for many years and I have never had a problem yet. Brad is my service guy and he is always on top of everything that I need, and all of the people there are first rate. I cannot ask for more.

Glen Smail was great to work with, however they couldn't seem to diagnose the problem with the steering wheel. As soon as I got the car back, I immediately felt the issue. Unsure why the technician couldn't notice it. My passenger seat was also filthy when they returned the car to me. A bit disapppinted in BMW.

I purchased a $32,000 vehicle here May 22nd. This is my experience:

Once we got home, however, the problems started.
I discovered that the vehicle had been overfilled with two quarts of oil. Overfilling the oil pan can create serious problems in an engine.
I took my time and wrote a detailed email with pictures to let then know what had happened, and to hopefully warn the technicians about waiting the recommended 15 minutes before checking the oil level on this vehicle to avoid a false reading which will cause them to overfill.
I even attached the work order sheet which showed 8 quarts of oil instead of the recommendation 6 were added, as well as other photographic evidence.
I got a quick reply from Wayne Jaco which is Sonic Automotive's Divisional Fixed Ops Director asking Michael or Jeff (service managers?) to contact me regarding the oil situation.
I haven't received anything yet from either of them in the last 2 weeks.

I also found a bulky and heavy key lockbox in the vehicle, which belongs to the dealership, and I was told thay they would send me a shipping label to return it, but guess what? After multiple reminders I still have it lying around in my house.

The Kahu GPS they installed under the hood to protect the vehicle from theft, (which luckily I refused to purchase for $299.00, turned out to be a very visible plastic box taped under the hood with a positive and a negative going to the battery, which they couldn't even remove, as I was told "its cheaper to just deactivate" .
Took me 5 minutes to remove, and goes to show how cheap it is , when they dont even want to remove it. I recommend you spend your money on a serious anti-theft device that is hidden somewhere in the vehicle as opposed to this.

We also still haven't gotten the vehicle registered in our name yet, and our tag has not been transferred after one month , but two phone calls with voicemail to Melissa Speight (title clerk) were unanswered and ignored.

Finally I tried reaching John Mclarty, the general manager, to give him a chance to fix our issues, but, you guessed it. No response.

Seems like they stop caring the moment you sign the paperwork.

I cannot recommended this dealership, due to the numerous issues we had, and their unwillingness to do anything about it.

I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and i suggest you do the same.

Ben M. provided us with outstanding service as we explored and test drove an outstanding selection cars. Ben's focus was on assisting us in finding the right make and model to meet our expectations. From the selection process to completing the purchase, we never felt undo pressure. Will be recommending Ben and BMW of Nashville to our friends, co-workers, and neighbors.

The performance of the recall item was done efficiently and to my knowledge successfully. However when I turned down the overdue routine services there was a brief but definite display of 'attitude' from a nearby service department employee (not my assigned representative), which left a bad taste for the visit. It was the second time that I have had my car to the BMW dealer and the second time I have experienced some degree of unprofessionalism. I will continue to have my car serviced elsewhere.

I've always had a great experience with BMW of Nashville. They have always informed us when a recall was needed and promptly taken care of it. I would definitely recommend anyone to take their car there for service or to buy a vehicle. Everyone is super friendly.

I own Bmw M6 grand coupe that had a warranty that expired back on January8,2018. Back on December12, 2017 before warranty expires I had an issue with rear brakes and rotors making squeezing noise, I took to dealer ship to get it checked the problem was found and been told it s because of the cold weather it is normal. I took the car drove it and the noises are increasing, so I have contacted my adviseor and she told me to bring back again to get it recheck. So I took the car for check again and the technician rode the car and verified the car is making the noises but still referring to the cold weather, so I have asked to speak to the assistant manger MICHAEL JUNCA and still didn t do anything about it. I spoke to my advisor again and they measured the brakes and it is at minimum and I have referred to my warranty it is fixing to expire in about 2 days and this needs to be done before it expires. She has stated NO WORRIES YOU SHOULD BE FINE AND IF THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS AFTER WEATHER GETS WARMER WE WILL FIX IT FOR YOU EVEN IF THE WARRENTY EXPIERS BECAUSE THE PROBLEM WAS EXTISISTING BEFORE WARRENTY EXPIERS. About 3 weeks later I have contacted her again with the same issue and it is getting worth and worth and the weather is been fabulous ( WARRENTY already expird) and she told me to bring the car again !!!!! I went again to get it checked and the technician rode the car and noticed again the squizzing noise, he decided this time the brakes need it to be changed after the fact that my warranty expired and wasted my time calling and driving several time to get the issue resolved before the warranty expires.
MICHAEL JUNCA THE ASSISTANT MANGER SAID WE ARE SORRY BUT YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR BRAKES AND ROTORS AND THE ONLY THING WE CAN DO IS SHAVE THE ROTORS SO THE NOISE CAN GO WAY AND WILL NOT CHANGE MY BRAKES AND ROTORS. EVEN THE TECHNICIAN HAVE STATED IT NEEDED TO BE CHANGED HE STILL WONT CHANG THEM OR HOLD UP THE ADVISOR WORDS.
So, after I have been there several time to get the issue resolved before my warranty expires and now I have to pay $1500 to get them changed , Michael junca is very unprofessional of handling the situation , didn t take responsibility and didn t do what been promised, I have contacted Bmw of USA and reported him and they promised the situation will be taken care of , also this will be reported to BBB.

I had a list of things that needed to be done, like a cracked valve, shorted washer fluid thing, halogen headlight out, 2 almost bare rear tires, and a few other things. Jeph was really thorough and helpful. My car was ready by mid-afternoon--got initial call from him around 8am with plan, then another call at 2pm saying to pick it up at 3pm. I walked in, got my key, paid and left within 10 minutes tops, even with a lot of cars being serviced. It was so easy and fast. They are super organized. No problems. Loved being able to set everything up online.

I would expect a luxury car dealership to have a decent waiting area and a quality service experience. The waiting area here is more like a fancy Jiffy Lube than a BMW dealership. After getting home the Service engine light was still on, and I couldn't reach anyone at the dealership to get it turned off.

BMW of Nashville is a unique dealership that understands the importance of superior customer service and they have taken awesome care of me in the 2 years that I've been going there. Jeph Simmons has been my Service Manager at BMW of Nashville since I brought my first (secondhand) Z3 in 2003. Each of my vehicles since then has been BMW, and aside from the great cars that they are, Jeph is the reason I keep coming back. He, and the whole service department and their commitment to excellent service, is what keeps me a devoted BMW client. Thanks for seeing my 2012 x5 diesel beyond 110K miles (so far!)

She gave me additional details about the car and assured me that the car was on the lot, promising to email me additional pictures (which she never did). I was very excited about the car because it sounded perfect. I drove 2.5 hours to Nashville to check it out. I called the dealer from the road as soon as they opened. The representative (Andrea) said that the car would be pulled up front waiting for me. I arrived about 30 minutes after they opened. Upon arrival, the car was not ready. In fact, the sales staff couldn't find it. Then, they told me that the car was sold. To quote the Wedding Singer, "Once again, things that could have been brought to my attention yesterday!" While the reps were apologetic about the error, I never sensed any genuine remorse. They tried to find me other options but since I was specific about a 328 with a 6 speed, they couldn't help me. And since I had done my research, I knew they didn't have anything else in their inventory. Regardless, the communication breakdown was huge. The 300 mile round trip and most of my Saturday were killed with nothing to show for it. I won't make the mistake again of searching BMW of Nashville's inventory. I hope they get it right for the next person.

Professional staff; warm greeting; clean facilities and comfortable waiting area. Although I didn t even have an appointment but I had a small problem, they serviced my vehicle within a reasonable wait time and I will definitely be returning for future work, as needed on my BMW M320i.

Unfortunately, due to the buying experience at BMW of Nashville, and the lack of response and ownership by management for the sales person, Dennis Spry, I can never give BMW of Nashville a good review. If I could return the two vehicles I purchased, $100,000 worth, I would. I will never buy from them again.
The service experience was fine, but I can not get past the way we were treated during the purchase.
