Do not use this company. They did not collect our bin for over 4 months during COVID-19 lock down and still charged us every single week. when questioned their response was there is nothing in their contract for COVID-19 so they are still entitled to the money. customer service is disgraceful. attitude from staff. and once signed up you cant get out of your contract. steer very clear of this company.

Please beware of this skip hire company we have had nothing but problems...happy to take our money but not happy to help their customers!
When we ordered the skip payment was taken over the phone and at the time of ordering no stipulations regarding length of hire was given...three weeks later I received a call from a very rude customer service guy stating the skip was due to be collected! I explained no terms of hire had been given to us and we would be in touch when we were ready for the skip to be collected due to work being carried out on our house.
Today I have received a voice message from the company informing me the skip is being collected when it is half full and not even finished with! As a result my husband contacted the skip hire company and spoke to the very rude customer service guy to see if there was any manoeuvre with the collection date because works on our house had still not been complete, the very rude customer service guy said there was no manoeuvre because he had spoke to myself on three occasions regarding collection which is a blatant lie!!!
We certainly won t be using this company again nor recommending it to anyone we know!!! Beware!!!!

Rang to arrange collection and never collected on date given. Rang again and never collected again still waiting for it to be collected. I don t find this company professional at all.
