Unfortunately I have to correct my positive impression.
I had my NineT at the service. Unfortunately, I didn't get a notification when it was finished and after a week of heavy rain I was very astonished when I picked up my BMW and it apparently stood unprotected in the rain for days and looked accordingly. When I mentioned this to the staff, it was "passed on".
Premium service looks different!

Update - after the criticism I got the offer to clean my NineT and that was done really well ... so premium service for premium prices
