Contacted BMW of Concord regarding interest in a pre-owned vehicle listed. William Mason in their Sales dept was extremely professional and attentive and once we decided to purchase the vehicle, the entire process went fairly quickly. Sammy Velasco in Finance was very knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to complete the document portion within about an hour and our vehicle was detailed and ready shortly thereafter.

BMW Concord did a fantastic job of making the car purchasing process very simple and straightforward. Jackie Gottlieb found me the perfect CPO car with exactly the features I was looking for. Instead of the usual sitting in the dealership for hours - they were able to do the entire purchase & finance process online remotely at a scheduled time that fit my calendar. Another gratifying and pain free leasing experience from BMW Concord. Thanks, in the main, to James Stanford, the Fleet Manager, and his staff, we were able to beat and/or circumvent the recent "supply chain" horrors and the new car (another wonderful BMW X3, this time a 2022 year model) was delivered in a surprisingly timely manner.

Documentation processing was a breeze and our new car was actually delivered to our door and our 2019 lease turn-in X3 was driven back to the dealership. Truly, a very convenient and worry free way to secure a new car.
