We have purchased and leased a number of vehicles from BMW in Concord and have always had a great experience. They make it an easy process - especially during Covid where our "signing" was almost entirely conducted at home. Michael Heller was our sales person and he was great to work with - super responsive and he provided regular updates while the car we ordered was being made.
