Another gratifying and pain free leasing experience from BMW Concord. Thanks, in the main, to James Stanford, the Fleet Manager, and his staff, we were able to beat and/or circumvent the recent "supply chain" horrors and the new car (another wonderful BMW X3, this time a 2022 year model) was delivered in a surprisingly timely manner.

Documentation processing was a breeze and our new car was actually delivered to our door and our 2019 lease turn-in X3 was driven back to the dealership. Truly, a very convenient and worry free way to secure a new car.
