The office staff and maintenance staff have been very amazing. They are very customer oriented and their customer service is outstanding. I would recommend this company the customer service itself says it all.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with this group. They have always been good to deal with - and have always taken care of everything with integrity and honesty. I would recommend them to anyone - I rarely give a 5 star review, but they deserve nothing less.
This was by far THE WORST management company I had ever used. The owner used to use his own vendors who charged double what any regular vendor would use and I sensed there was skimming going on every time a repair happened as they created their own invoices and wanted payment made to them....do not hire this place to represent you as they will nickel and dime you and tenants were very unhappy as well...they only liked certain tenants and were openly discriminatory...rip off artists

Their professionalism and expertise are why they manage our property after a decade and why I would recommend them to anyone looking for a management company who will look out after their property as if it were their own.

As a property owner I wanted to rent out my house but knew I did not have the time needed to take care of it. I hired Blake Management based off a referral from a friend of mine. I could not be happier with the service. They take good care of my property and keep me informed of everything. At first I thought I would have to still drive by the property all the time and make sure it was being taken care of...now I can honestly say I don't even think about it. I haven't been by more than once after a storm, otherwise I just know it is in good hands. I would also say they take care of the tenants and their needs. They make sure the house is in excellent working order and treat people fairly. I do not have issues with my renters moving out early or wanting to leave. Christie is one of the nicest people to deal with. The owners are wonderful. It is a good , honest, group of people who can be trusted with your property.
I thought that we had a very nice agent helping us find our new rental home. Turns out she was the most inconsiderate and rude mannered individual. After telling us she would accept our application two days ago she did not call me to inform us that they had rented the property to another person. Instead she waited until I had all of paperwork together and I had to call her. She then snapped at me that they had already rented the property and shes sorry and then hung up in my face. I will never use this management company again simply for their poorly executed mannerisms.

Complete bullies and devils! We paid our rent on time for years however finally stood up to them after countless disrespectful hang ups and sarcastic comments and they terminated our lease on the same day. It s petty but more hilarious and juvenile than anything. Actually this was a blessing in disguise. Rest assure everything the devil intends for bad, God can turn around and use it for good. I warn everyone, be aware and trust your instincts, these people are evil to the core! Btw, don t believe the positive reviews, these are the same folks that SOLICITED a good review from me when I was in their so called good graces. They are truly a group of shallow narcissistic racist devils!
