I had the great pleasure of working with Michael Heller at BMW Concord during my search for a certified pre-owned vehicle. Michael was an incredibly kind and professional client advisor. He was attentive to my needs, allowed me to remain in control of the pace of my search without ever rushing me, and once I found the perfect match for my needs, he was extremely transparent and competitive with pricing. All of his colleagues from finance to the genius who got met set up with my new CPO car were true professionals. All I can say is that we're lucky that a dealership of this high standard of service is available in the east bay.
