This morning I call at 9.20 am to make an appointment for inspection car. A telephone operator says that it is busy and that they will call me back. I have not heard anything yet at 12.30 and call back. Same story. Busy and they are going to call me. At 5 pm I call again and I finally get someone else on the line. The arrogant and rude Maxim. This garage is a shame!

I do not think it is a service that on the day of my appointment I would have to wait for more than half an hour to be able to deliver my car inside. With previous brands, I could just park the car in the car park and hand over the key to the reception. Staff is friendly! Repeatedly I look for another garage.

First time I went there for a repair and I must say one is always friendly there. Definitely go along. Never disappoints. A big 5 for the people of Centrauto Wijnegem!

Initial conversation with seller for a premium selection car was very pleasant. Unfortunately not the rest. When I asked about a valuation of my old car, pictures were taken and I was contacted 2-3 days later. After 5 days of not being heard from, I will contact me myself and the seller would call me back. I have never received this phone. Then I tried via the website, of which I received a confirmation via email, and still no answer. Very unfortunate for such a beautiful concession. Terrible experience, seemed to have issues with theft beforehand as when I arrived was constantly reminded they had anti-theft trackers etc and kept reminding me and warning in an accusing tone. Felt incredibly embarrassed, as arrived from the office in a business shirt etc. Will take my money elsewhere....

Have to return 3 times for the same problem! And still not resolved! And every visit for the same problem I had to pay for the diagnoses every time! Put 500 there for free! The problem was still there! I ended up with someone via via, paid 1600 and I am more than satisfied!
Company receives millions of BMWs and none have the same disease as mine ????
This via via has solved it immediately ??! An outside person had to correct their mistake! ??
And haven't gotten into the details yet! Really Incredible!

If someone starts stealing from you, you will immediately notice!

Beautiful car palace. This inevitably has its price tag. All that show is not necessary for me. The car had to come in for a recall. You have to wait longer at the spectacular drive-in reception than for the inspection. I am nevertheless happy with the repair under warranty and the free replacement car and the friendly welcome.
