3:30 a.m. have to wait for a tire change - by appointment. If this could now be communicated briefly in advance about how long this would take, one can use this time for more useful matters instead of waiting in a cramped waiting room.

got my car brought in because the passenger seat did not work (electronics problem) few days after it was made, said everything works perfectly and I could pick up my car, invoice 1200 euro paid (few hours later, it does not work again!) bring the car again within day after, had to leave him again. Call them again and say them; we have done a diagnosis again and found a short circuit again, say to them must still pay nothing there again, they say yes 220 euros just for the diagnosis and then you also have no guarantee of us, but I still have 1200 euros for paid and received that everything works PERFECT .. in other words if it does not work again after a few hours, again pay 220 euros

Location is far. But top dealer. Friendly staff, clear salesmen, no frills.

This afternoon we drove in for a new rear light! My son had to do his driving test so ... stresssss. I asked for a cloth because the rear window had just received a gift from a bird! The attentive gentleman of BMW made the window of my car spic and span while I was paying! How sweet is that! And .... son succeeded.

Everything correct. However, fell back on the price for a new key 390 .

Rental cars are a bit of a joke. Already maintenance needed and still running on winter tires

I visited today with my family for a test drive on a 3 series and an X2. It was fantastic! The young sales person Sven Verstaen is an absolute gem; very professional, knowledgable, enthusiastic and helpful. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and polite as well. What a joy! As soon as my current lease contract has finished, I am sure I will return here. Thank you for making this a fun morning for the whole family.

My new company car will be a BMW and that will be my first BMW. As a company we were very well received in Wijnegem and no question or wish was too difficult. Tests were also no problem, not even on Saturday.
I don't have my new car yet, so it remains to be seen whether I will remain a satisfied customer in the future.

Sale and delivery is poor unprofessional. Several colleagues complain about here (lease cars). The sellers have a 10:00 to 16:00 behavior and it is hard to get on the line. If you have them on the line, they often have outdated or incomplete information. The delivery of new cars is only a week between the hours. When delivering, sometimes the winter tires (in winter) or windshield fluid etc. are missing.

Difficult if you do work yourself. For service I have never been here and they will not see me.
