Initial conversation with seller for a premium selection car was very pleasant. Unfortunately not the rest. When I asked about a valuation of my old car, pictures were taken and I was contacted 2-3 days later. After 5 days of not being heard from, I will contact me myself and the seller would call me back. I have never received this phone. Then I tried via the website, of which I received a confirmation via email, and still no answer. Very unfortunate for such a beautiful concession. I haven't bought a new car yet, but if I do it won't be at center car.
