Very disappointed in BMW and van Poelgeest, the car was delivered with a deep groove in the brake disc, according to BMW.nl this is allowed for premium occasions.
I don't think this is really premium.
After a few days with the first rain shower we lose the windshield wiper, roadside assistance has helped us nicely, but you are not happy with a year-old occasion.
The seller would contact you after a few days. The episode was in corona time and very concise. But the seller did not respond.
I also negotiated a good set of winter tires at the sale, when I unpacked them there were 2 tires 6mm and 2 tires of 4 mm, this is a worn winter tire. Addressed the salesperson about this, he thought they were good and went to see what he could do for me and would call back in 2 days. Not called back after 10 days, I appped again, would be called after the weekend, even asked the time that suited me best. I waited a few hours. there is an app that he has not got around to it.
The next day I get a call, he cannot do anything for me, I have to see the winter set as a present. It no longer matters that he promised me good winter tires in the deal.
Drive satisfied BMW for over 30 years, next time not to van Poelgeest.

Very good experiences with Poelgeest Amsterdam and Isabelle in particular helped us very well! We ended up here for a test drive. Your wishes will be mapped out in advance and after the test drive all questions have already been sorted out and you will receive an immediate answer. Then you know that you are dealing with a good party. Unfortunately we have not been able to pass a MINI, but I can certainly recommend this company!

Good service and advice as I am used to for 20 years, then at James Watt Street ... the warehouse from Germany is no longer there, but successors also do it as it should .. always check the OEM parts price because sometimes you're cheaper than imitations ...

Huge arrogant BMW service department. We have been a BMW customer for over 30 years (although a different dealer, but still ..) and have recently had to puncture a flat runflat tire and BMW Amsterdam was the closest. Instead of one tire they replace two (300 per tire): that is not even the problem, but the fact that they give an 'advice' to align the wheels and DO NOT do this because (according to the service employee Kees Haasnoot): 1: there was no time for it ... 2: we have another dealer ........
What Mr Kees Haasnoot makes clear is that you should never have your BMW or MINI serviced by this BMW / MINI dealer. We chose a dealer outside the Randstad 30 years ago and have been providing perfect service for 30 years!
(why we now had to go to BMW Amsterdam is due to the fact that you can't drive too long with runflat tires and this dealer was the closest thing to us. Our lesson is to choose a tire franchise organization: everything better than BMW Amsterdam).

Installing winter tires: appointment made in November; car returned all day. (For winter tires ??) Then it appears that the front tires were not stored properly. Ordered new tires. Have to make a second appointment: "you lost the car for a day". For 2 tires ??? Finally came to an appointment in February of one hour. Lasted twice as much.

This is a pattern: come now for 2 years for service and tires. Always walk out, no appointment is right. I will never go here again!

Tire change and car washed in 1.5 hours! Nice lounge to work with nice hostess who provides coffee and even a croissant. Good WiFi. My car was on the charger when I went to get it. Impressed!

I had damage to my license plate holders due to theft. I came without an appointment and they fixed it right away at no charge. The guy who fixed it was super friendly and did a good job.

Unfortunately BMW MINI is changing .... a loyal customer for years, now with the fourth car. But that nice feeling that the car is reliable and I matter is no longer there. The car has been in the garage for months; communication is inappropriate, unpleasant, or no communication. Too bad, it no longer works.

Had heard from more people that BMW dealer is a bad in Amsterdam but believes nothing. I visited and wanted to make a test drive of one of the fashion, but is refused with excuses. It is a shame that these people are working there. If you do not have the model in stock, then you will let the customer ride the car for the experience, but with a different car. Customer service.

Payed a visit in connection with the introduction of the new 4 series. I am not (yet) a customer here, but a very hospitable welcome right away. Delicious coffee and cake in your hands in no time. After some time, a salesman came forward, and a nice and casual conversation quickly ensued. Here everything breathes BMW. Definitely a really nice experience.

The pleasant welcome is provided by a hostess, this very charming and friendly Amsterdam lady radiates atmosphere and class.

Yesterday I went to the direct service(after a call with a very friendly employee) because I realized that I did not have a special tool to remove the wheel-lock of my BMW 530.In 5 minutes issue was fixed. They found the passe-partout and instead to order a new one like told me on phone (just 30 euro) they gave to me a spare one.
By the way a very famous garage in Amsterdam with better reviews asked to me 250 euro to fix the issue without master-key and 80 euro using a passe-partout.Thank you Official BMW.I already know where I will bring my car for next check.

BMW Amsterdam is a wonderful dealer with a fantastic service. I had taken my car there for a full service. In that process a miscommunication happened, and the way it was taken care was, was truly marvelous and very professional. I was amazed by the professionalism of one of the managers at BMW Amsterdam. In the end everything was solved, and I left the dealer with a perfect car but moreover with a great feeling of having experienced a world class customer service. Thank you!

Last Friday we drove by for an occasion and was very kindly helped by Sebastiaan. Had a nice conversation and then he really tried everything to close the deal (despite my limited budget). A very pleasant experience and I would go here again in a minute.

Despite the multiple advice from friends and colleagues not to have my X5 treated here, as a (office) neighbor I kindly went to the real BMW Garage.
"Costs something, but then you also have something", was my thought.

I have now been 5 months further, my X5 is still broken and is now at another garage, I had to use a lawyer to get my own reports and I also get a lie in response to my emails.

My personal advice: DO NOT go here. Anyone can contact me for an explanation. Don't do it folks!

On March 16 I went to the dealer in Amsterdam to have a spare key made (it was lost). I spoke to an employee who noted my request and details. Since it was a Saturday I would be called back about this. On May 13 I have to call back to the dealer for a second time, which is now the status of my application because I don't hear anything from BMW anymore. Super bad this !!! It is that I really need the key, otherwise ..... Phew ....

Always helped with BMW Amsterdam. Because of my work I now go to another smaller BMW Dealer and then you notice a slight difference. It seems that the customer focus and the expert level in smaller branches are just that little bit better

Came to the fast service with my BMW 120d by 2017 because it gave the indication that the level of the coolant would be too low. The answer was that someone could watch in an hour and a half. My remark that the cap was open, the reservoir loose and a little liquid poured in would not take more than three minutes was dismissed with the fact that I could then go down to the warehouse. You could buy a bottle of liquid and do it yourself. Very special! All the more so because the advice to keep an eye on it and an appointment for extorting the cooling system was not made. Very sorry. Will in the future go with a bow to this dealer and advise everyone else.
