Very disappointed in BMW and van Poelgeest, the car was delivered with a deep groove in the brake disc, according to BMW.nl this is allowed for premium occasions.
I don't think this is really premium.
After a few days with the first rain shower we lose the windshield wiper, roadside assistance has helped us nicely, but you are not happy with a year-old occasion.
The seller would contact you after a few days. The episode was in corona time and very concise. But the seller did not respond.
I also negotiated a good set of winter tires at the sale, when I unpacked them there were 2 tires 6mm and 2 tires of 4 mm, this is a worn winter tire. Addressed the salesperson about this, he thought they were good and went to see what he could do for me and would call back in 2 days. Not called back after 10 days, I appped again, would be called after the weekend, even asked the time that suited me best. I waited a few hours. there is an app that he has not got around to it.
The next day I get a call, he cannot do anything for me, I have to see the winter set as a present. It no longer matters that he promised me good winter tires in the deal.
Drive satisfied BMW for over 30 years, next time not to van Poelgeest.
