We had a great experience with U.S. Pools. Our finished product looks better than we imagined and at a reasonable price. We interviewed a couple other companies and felt we were given better communication with U.S. Pools. The job was done in a timely manner with little interference to us. Definitely happy we talked to Marty and got this done with the best. The pool/spa looks like we live in a fancy resort.

We spoke with several companies about refinishing our pool. All of them left us feeling OK but there was something missing - something that said "wait a minute." Steve and Amber visited and we knew right away this would be our choice. They were patient, knowledgeable, courteous, professional and fun to talk with. We had a follow up visit to choose waterline tile and then got on the schedule for the work. Everything done is perfect and the crews were amazing. Clean, prompt, very fast and efficient.

We chose the Pebbletec finish and couldn't be happier. The pool now is so inviting we have birds coming to sit on the top of the cage wishing they could get in.

Marty - Steve's partner has been coming by each couple of days to add chemicals and get the pool water balanced before turning me loose with the test kit. Steve and Amber came by to make sure we were happy. It's a great company and I cannot say too much good about them.

US pools did an excellent job resurfacing our pool, and adding new pavers. All of their workers were very efficient, polite and did quality work. Marty provided us with excellent service. I would highly recommend US Pools.

After getting quotes to refinish our pool from other companies and reading horror reviews of the process, we started saving money and dreading the process. We then called Steve and he was over the next day to take measurements; by that evening he emailed us our quote for a PebbleSheen finish and we were blown away by the price.

His team started working on the pool within 6 days of us agreeing, and within 10 days from our quote we were swimming in our beautiful new pool. Steve was on site to oversee the process and Amber was incredible at keeping us updated during the entire process. I cannot believe we almost paid another company more for a lesser finish. We are thrilled with the quality, promptness, price and professionalism that comes with this company. If we could rate it higher than a 5* we would.

A sincere thank you to Steve and your team for making our pool nightmare into a dream come true. When it comes time to refinish our deck we know exactly who we're calling.

As part of a major home remodel, I hired US Pools to resurface my pool. They were very professional and did a great job. Steve definitely delivered on his promise. I highly recommend them!

Great pool store with many choices for resurfacing pools/spas and decks

They did a great job replacing tile at a fair price. They came when promised.

Had an old plaster pool that USP completely replaced with PebbleSheen. Marty was one of few who did not try to talk me into changing my coping and tile which was in good shape. The crew that prepped the pool was fantastic. The crew that finished the pool was fantastic. And Marty has followed up afterwards every few weeks to get my pool in tip-top Magoo. It's a big messy job so choose carefully and I cannot say enough about these folks start to finish. As a bonus I needed a new deck finish and drain work and Marty referred me to a great company (Garrity Decking) that has now finished my deck and results were like USP...terrific. Highly recommend.

Great experience with US Pools. My pool guy was in Europe when my pump motor starting squeeling as if Godzilla suddenly appeared. It was still working but my neighbors started protesting in front of my house. I called around to find someone who could replace the motor quickly. I must have called 5 different pool companies and most were just pool cleaners. One wanted to charge an exorbitant amount which was a quick nay no. Finally stumbled on US Pools. They had glowing reviews on both Google and Yelp. The price to replace was in the middle from the other quotes I got. Marty's team was at our house the next day. Motor was replaced within a half hour.

After a few hours, it seemed the motor was a little louder than my original motor. Marty popped over to check it out and assured us it was normal. The motor has been running fine since. I will continue to use US Pools for any pool service I need in the future. Good company, good people, good service!

Steve and his team will make your own tropical oasis in you backyard! Very high quality work and they pay close attention to detail. I highly recommend.
