As a customer of JM Lexus how that I've expected that one of their nice clean cars in the parking lot would not have caused such offence. I pulled over on the lot just to have a soda and a burger in my car and they called this rude little security guard guy on me. Rude! I never even got out of my vehicle and Barney Fife came right over with his rent-a-cop routine. Pathetic
Tried to enter a public space in Boca (iPic theater) we didn t know JM had closed off for a private event. Rather than being politely told what was going on we were incredibly rudely treated by the JM employee at the door telling us to get out of line. The iPic employee was incredibly nice and apologetic. It s amazing to me that a business who is supposed to be in premium service can t even stand up in service level to a theater. Imagine if you actually have an issue with them how they will treat you. The litany of one star reviews here tell the whole story.
brought my Lexus in for a car wash was told there were 2 cars ahead of mine. An hour later my car still had not been washed I was running late for a meeting. The worst part of it was having my intelligence insulted by someone who said there is a 2 hour wait! 12 years of customer retention right down the drain. will never bring my car in again to be serviced nor will I be buying my next car from Lexus any time soon. Final note I missed my meeting and my car was never cleaned.

Went in for my maintenance and to get my alternator replaced due to voltage issue I was told I have 4 months left of warranty to not having warranty within minutes because service advisor was trying to pull a fast one and make a commission or they just wanted to go home early on Sunday my car was only charged for an hour nothing was done and now it s completely dead. I call corporate and I keep getting transferred to voicemail shows you how much they care. HORRIBLE SERVICE
Newly started work here. I love the new buildings. There is ample parking. Security will take your temperature before you enter the building and of course masks are mandatory. Family oriented and an extremely good reputation.
I actually went to the Toyota Corp. They want your money, but do very little to zilch to assist the handicap. Period.

I just did a tour around it's facilities and learned a bit around it's history and could tell what a great company this is!
