My experience with Yelha Bhutan Tour was generally positive. From my initial query and numerous back and forth e-messages till my departure from Bhutan, everything went on smoothly. I did some research, submitted my preferred itinerary (which meant replacing their suggested points of interest with my preferences) and got their approval based on distances and timing. Responses were prompt even with questions regarding practicalities and the culture. The guide I had was prompt, knowledgeable, patient and eager to explain the significance of the sites. My driver was safe and efficient, and he kept the vehicle clean. It also helped that they were funny and curious about life outside of Bhutan. At the end of the tour it felt like I made new friends. The Company chose hotels that were comfortable and restaurants that served food palatable to Westerners. I learned a lot about Bhutan just by engaging with the proprietors and my guide and driver.
