I called multiple times Blue Team Restoration and when I finally could talk to them, they were very nice on the phone; they sent a project manager that was rude and could not answer any of my questions. He told me he would give me an estimate soon. After weeks of trying to contact him, and their office phone...nothing, they never contacted me. Very disappointing when you have an issue that needs to be taken care of pretty quickly. They were so unprofessional. I already have someone else lined up.

My house had water damage in two rooms two months ago. It is now 03/03 and my house has not been fixed. The mitigation team from Blue Team Restoration was so unprofessional; they were supposed to get rid of the water but ended up making everything worse and leaving a mess in my house. This company has been a nightmare to work with. No one contacted me for at least three weeks after the restoration was completed (which took way longer than expected). Then had to wait another couple of weeks for the project manager to come out just to look. They would always give me excuses. Keep in mind, it's not insurance holding them up. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We had water damage in our house. Our insurance company recommended we get someone out to clean up the water and fix everything so we called Blue Team Restoration to get a quote. They made us wait for a long time over the phone (around 15 minutes), then the project manager told us he would call us back to talk to us but instead showed up at our door on a Sunday. They charged us for an after-hours trip when we did not ask that. They did not even give us a copy of the contract until after everything was finished up and they had invoiced us. This company is terrible; what an unethical company that takes advantage of people in need of help.

BEWARE- Subcontractors we were hired to perform temporary boardup at an agreed price materials and labor. Once we completed the boardup and the rioting had stopped they requested we remove the material and leave on site as agreed, we did this. NOW THEY REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES.

They told me what they charge, and said my restoration process would take 1-2 days to be completed as we had a massive flood at our home. Later their office called me to tell me the charge was even lower and the process would take 3 days. After they completed the job, they sent a bill with all kinds of charges they didn't tell us about and also charged way more for the equipment than they said they would. When I contacted their administrative office, they told me it was my fault for not asking for an estimate and then gave me excuses. They also said that they don't give estimates to customers unless they ask (I asked for it, but they did not give it to me) and that they gave it to our insurance company. They are so unprofessional; I will never hire them again.

This is not the place for you to work if you're looking for a good future for your family they hire and fire people like crazy for no reason do not go here to work it's a bad company. You got a good job start with a new car and house payments a year later they fire you after telling you how great you are doing for their company and what a good asset you are once you're all set up boom you're fired so I'll get it there are better companies out there. So if you are a young man starting a family do not go there there's no future. Blue team is a bad team go to Jarvis or somewhere else

Love this Company. Everyone is nice, efficient, well groomed and gets the job done. Always keep me in form of what is going on. Very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thank You
