Excellent! Sam is particularly patient and conscientious. Facility is very clean and state of the art. Very reassuring and comforting experience for anyone needing an MRI who may have concerns about a more traditional MRI machine which is very closed. They have music and do everything they can to reassure patients! Great!
I have had numerous MRIs in my lifetime and I have to say that my experience at High Field Open MRI was the best I have ever had. The two ladies were awesome! So very sweet and compassionate. They had music to play, which really helped me, and they checked on me often during the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
this place is great! the people are just wonderful and they are much less expensive than the hospital or pain clinic! ive been here for 2 mri's already and if i ever need another, this is where i will be going. thank you guys!!

We could not have been more pleased with our care on Saturday for my husbands MRI. After having a panic attack in a general MRI machine last Thursday I searched high and low trying to find an Open machine, this one just happened to be 2 hours from our home, which was the closest, but so worth the drive. They worked him in so quickly so that we could keep his specialist appointment this week. The staff went above and beyond to make him feel calm, allowed me to stay with him the whole time, played soft spa music and provided me with a blanket and pillow for back support while I sat beside him. We were thrilled with the experience, the office was very clean and the staff were taking extra precautions in cleaning anything that we touched. Also we felt the price was more than reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone, not just people who are claustrophobic. Thank you to all the staff that helped make this visit, very pleasant!
