horrible experience with this company. they lost a...

horrible experience with this company. they lost an entire keyboard in there warehouse. my ps4 order was delivered to me with missing parts. The agent will not allow you to speak with a supervisor. and the supervisor Amanda hung up in my face when I inquired about my missing order. this is the worst company in the world!!!!!

I will never again buy from Fingerhut. I own a pair of Klipsch Headphones I purchased through Fingherht and when I need to use my extended warranty (headphones were purchased on 11/2017) Fingerhut told me I had to go through Klipsch responded and said that Fingerhut is not an authorized dealer so they cant replace my purchase. Fingerhut wont help me either. Folks, never again. I will pay them off (what little I owe) and go through Amazon from now. Buyer beware - NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FINGERHUT!

So far this company seems to be extremely lame!! Shipment was suppose to be recieved on the 19th. This is the 20th. Delivery service says this company saying they delivered it to them but they do not have it. No information or way to contact them and find out where my product is!!

I ordered a tv on May 29, 2017 for a father's day gift and still have not received it and customer service has been no help have talked to them 5 times and the last one was june 16th and still no response. Very poor customer service this is not like fingerhut very disappointed.

i am offended by billing said i am not disabled! no one will take me sensuously. spoke with 2 supervisors. no results. i will never buy from you again. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! AND I WANT SATISFACTION! unable to find a person to answer corporate phones. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in several areas, including employment, transportation, public accommodations,COMMUNICATION and access to state and local government programs and services. THIS COMPANY DID A GRATE INJUSTICE TO AMERICANS.

TODAY, 11.2.2015, I have tried to contact your company regarding a serious situation and you do not have any way for someone to contact you with complaints regarding your ABUSIVE and DEVIOUS Call Centers.

I am now posting the following on all Blogs, News Media Info pages, and anywhere else I can.
By your lack of uncaring for your customers, YOU have put my Identity and my financial well-being at risk.

Please read the following and please note this is what happened to me TODAY 11/2/2015, and I am very very upset about this:

""Be very very cautious buying anything from any of the businesses Bluestem Brands, Inc., holds.

Their Customer Service Centers are out of the Country and Require your FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I asked why a noted Company (Fingerhut) wanted the FULL SSN, I was told that it was the 'Company Policy'.....after I gave the number, I was told I would be put on hold. Evidently the Customer Service Agent didnt press the hold button....I heard the following:

'I got another American Social Security Number'....put it on the list. I immediately hung up and then proceeded to try to search for a US phone number for Bluestem Brands, Inc., to file a complaint.

The number to this company does not provide Customer Service and just hangs up on you..
I then proceeded to contact Social Security to inform them of the situation. I was told that I should file complaints wiith the following Authorities:

United States Department of Commerce Cffice of Consumer Afairs
Attorney General's Office, State and Federal
Local District Attorney
Notity ALL Credit Reporting Agencies.

I have done so.

I am very concerned about my SSN either being sold or being used by Foreign Call Centers.....

These Foreign Call Centers, after what I heard 'Another American Social Security Number', are obviously not to be trusted. ""

I am concerned that my Identity will be stolen and I am concerned for my Financial Wellbeing.

Beware of Fingerhut, Blair, and Bliss......they use the same Call Center for Bluestem Brands, Inc.

Fingerhut has by far the worst customer service I ...

Fingerhut has by far the worst customer service I ve ever experience. It s absolutely horrendous! One specific rep Julie hung up on me and should be retrained or moved go an area that she does not have to deal with customer because she is giving this company a horrible reputation. My private information is floating around in there office and either no one can help me or the refuse to help me because it requires her to work instead of putting the customer first! I will make sure that I put my experience everywhere until this is resolved. I have called 27 times in the last 24 hours and I will Continue to do so until someone with authority fixes these issues.

Said they sent a laptop and never received it.I wouldn't trust this company word.this is the second time this company had scam and frauded me.very untrustworthy.beware to all who is thinking of buying anything from them.they can not take responsibility for their mistakes and quit blaming the customers for their wrong doings.taken advantage of customers.this company really needs to be checked into.they lie threaten use and abuse customers financially. Do not buy from this company and them dealing with ups signatures should be mandatory. Ups should stop dealing with them stop and read reviews before buying

I wanted to give zero stars~but I had to give at least one so my comment could be posted. This week-end was the second time Fingerhut doubled debited a payment from my bank debit card for the same exact amount of money for one payment. It will be their last. Customer service said there was only one payment debited. My debit card clearly shows 2 payments. I have to send them a copy of my statement to prove their lies. I am glad I caught this habit of Fingerhut because I had to make arrangements so other bills were paid out of that account. I called customer service and asked for the CEO's name, address and phone number, this person gave me incorrect information. I googled the CEO's name and got the proper name, address and number to contact.

The customer service reps for the most part are horrible, not helpful they talk over you and big you ask for a manager you get transferred back into the Q as to try not to get in trouble. I spoke with a Gene yesterday very rude dropped me to a voicemail where no one EVER returns your call. Then I spoke with a Mary when I called back I had to ask 5 times for her to repeat her name she refused to speak over a whisper. I heard the hold music just tine it wasn't my phone. Then I spoke with Karen who claimed to be a manager who was worse than the employees. Kept speaking over me and lieing. My tracking number clearly shows on USPS not received she kept saying it was. I asked what tracking number she was looking at and in turn refused to give it to me but kept saying we'll what's the number you are looking at. I have worked in service centers for 15 years these people would have been fired by now for their refusal to do the job they were hired for and the attitude alone. This company has the worst customer service. If I ever do receive this package I will be cancelling my account after I get it

Originally I didn't have a problem with Fingerhut..but then they gave me $1000 (temporary) increase which will cause your credit report to go up 1..but if you don't use it you loose the credit you NEVER asked for and it takes your credit score down 2..3..maybe even 4 numbers...REALLY????I NEVER ASKED FOR THIS...so i try to call...NO HELP...Im so over them

Don t bother buying from this company which owns Gettington and Fingerhut. The prices are always either double or triple of what stores are. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Customer service is non existent. All they care about is charging their late fees and over charging their customers. Shipping is way too high too. I have never been late. But want to point some things out if your planning on shopping with them.

Terrible company to do business with, if your having trouble making a payment, their call center is based overseas and they will lie and say anything to get you off the phone. If you call them out on a lie, they just say "sorry" and won't hold anyone accountable.
