Fingerhut has by far the worst customer service I ve ever experience. It s absolutely horrendous! One specific rep Julie hung up on me and should be retrained or moved go an area that she does not have to deal with customer because she is giving this company a horrible reputation. My private information is floating around in there office and either no one can help me or the refuse to help me because it requires her to work instead of putting the customer first! I will make sure that I put my experience everywhere until this is resolved. I have called 27 times in the last 24 hours and I will Continue to do so until someone with authority fixes these issues.
