This place was recommended by a friend, because we were looking for a great seafood restaurant. The entrees were amazing and the raw bar was very fresh. My boys ages 9 (very picky eater) and 11 enjoyed their meal as well. Prepare to spend some money, but you won't be disappointed.

I've been here numerous times, although this is the first time I sat at the raw bar. Staff as usual was great, the oysters fresh, the drinks cold and the food fantastic. We come every time we are in town.

Lovely little restaurant tucked in quiet spot b/t ocean hwy and the salt pond in bethany. Calamari for an app, Rise Up coffee stout from salisbury brewery, seared tuna over rice noodles, and seared scallops over white corn, tomato, and cucs as entrees were fresh and very delicious. We will be back and look forward to trying additional menu offerings.

Been going here for years. Never disappoints. Constantly fresh oysters and a menu loaded with variety from the land and sea, mostly sea. Strong drinks and a nice cocktail menu. No reservations, first come first serve. Place opens at 5 but the parking lot is usually close to full by 430.

The oysters on a half shell samplers were bangin'! 6 types of oysters, all of which were FRESH!! The filet mignon was amazing ... deliciously salty and oaky ... and the scallops were seared to perfection. Our calamari appetizer was fresh and crispy. The bill??? Very reasonable!! The service? Awesome! I highly recommend Bluecoast Seafood Grill and Bar in North Bethany, DE

Nondescript looking place on the hwy into Bethany Beach, but very enjoyable dinner. Nice view of the bay. Exceptional number of friendly servers providing attentive service. Noisy is only way to describe the setting but not uncomfortable. Food was well prepared. Don't expect huge portions but very tasty. My baked oysters were delicious and "lobster mac", with a more fancy name, had plenty of lobster meat. Good bread pudding to finish off meal. I would definitely go back.

This restaurant is absolutely outstanding, as with all SoDel concepts restaurants. The focus on seafood was very welcome and the menu has a wide variety of dishes on both the surf and turf. The Bayside views are amazing, and watching the sunset from the windows was an absolutely great experience that simply cannot be replicated by any other restaurants in the area.

Always good. Always busy.

Always good. Always busy.
Service is pleasant and punctual. The menu staples are well-prepared and seafood comfort food. The daily specials often present some interesting choices. Everything is fresh and flavorful. Don't miss the key lime pie. Parking lot in front is nice sized. In good weather you can eat on the front porch. Pretty view of the Salt Pond, especially at sunset.
