Amazed by the negative reviews, I have been a loyal customer for years and if I had a complaint it was always handled properly and that was reflected in the subsequent bouquets, delivery neatly ... Actually everything was good, but now I want two bouquets and then I find the price just absurd. 45 euros for two bouquets is delivered with delivery incl, against all my principles. Perhaps I have been spoiled by a very nice kiosk in the area, but I would have remained a member if at least a few euros were taken from a second bouquet.
