Worthless! Ordered well in advance (a month in advance) and a message on the day before delivery that the bouquet would be delivered between 2015 and 2115 the day after. The evening itself waited until 2215 when called, some vague story that it was all unclear where the forest was. Agreed to have contact the next day. The same evening at 2245 received an email that it was 'wrong' delivered. With a house number included, but no street, zip code or the like. So it really doesn't mean anything to me. In addition, that house number in our street has a different postcode. The place stinks on all sides. Responded to that email and after 1.5 days no response to that but called myself. Another bad story, few excuses and especially 'we put the money on your account as a credit'. In other words, purely on money. Also nothing of a make-up or an offer to get rid of this inconvenience. Particularly poor and incompetent handling of a complaint. Wanted to continue this for 3 months but apparently the need at Bloomon is not that great for customers. Think carefully before you start. Unfortunately can not give 0 stars.
