For many years a customer at Bloomon, the bunch has been beautiful in the vase for two weeks and then another week in a somewhat smaller vase, and then my next beautiful bunch will be back.

What is enjoying every forest. Every flower is different. I see flowers that I have never seen.
The bunch stands for 2 weeks, changing the water occasionally. Some flowers last even longer than 2 weeks.

Gift box ordered with, as described in the text, a luxury gift box. Ordered another matching vase so that the effect is hopefully even better. This brought the order to 40 euros.
I just received a photo from the recipient, what a disappointment. The flowers are simply wrapped in a white paper and it looks terribly cheap. Next time I definitely choose the local florist again. They know how it's done.

Super happy with Bloomon's flowers. Very beautiful original bouquets. Always very fresh. Will stay beautiful for at least two weeks. I give them fresh water and a small piece of the stems every 4 days. This advice is also all neatly described with each new bunch.

My bouquet has been on the table for a week and a half and it still looks great. I like it that if I change the water after 3 days, the flowers will just be put in the vase again. Then it seems different again.
With me they are always delivered nicely on time.

A beautiful bunch of flowers that is delivered to the door on a part of the day that I have indicated, in every time a new color scheme that makes me happy every time! Every time a gift to myself!

Great quality and perfect delivery. A large part of the bouquet remains for 2 weeks. Delivery person sends SMS when they are a bit later due to the traffic. Also text when I am unexpectedly not at home with which neighbors they have been delivered. If I have to think of a minus, the colors may pop a bit more ... but that is 'whining' for nothing because I am just very satisfied with them!

Flowers are beautiful. Service is awful. Now that it is busier, I constantly receive text messages the day they are later. The delivery person then left after 1x ringing and waiting for 10 seconds. Moreover, the Saturday morning delivery window has also become more spacious, so that I have to sit at home all morning.

It is already pricey, especially if the service is also declining. Bloomon first made it so much fun.

I recommend it to everyone. I have the middle size, these are really big forests. Certainly in the winter it is flowers that stand for 2 weeks, with a remainder that I can keep 3 to 4 weeks. Real woods to enjoy.

Too bad to read that with Valentine's Day some things went wrong. I have been a loyal customer since September 2017. On average 1x per month I get a nice bunch delivered. Every time just as beautiful and fresh and they stay for more than 2 weeks with the tips of Bloomon.

I have received the flowers from Bloomon since the beginning of Bloomon's existence. I am super satisfied and if I have something that I am less satisfied with, it will be picked up and resolved very quickly. I hope to enjoy Bloomon for years to come.

What should have been a nice surprise was a serious disillusion. The bouquet I thought I ordered did not seem to be delivered at all. The dried flowers had fallen off and the piece of straw was so much straw that it could be thrown away right away. So very poor delivery.

It seems very kind from your company to respond to my review. However, we are now at least 10 mails further and now you ask, after I have already sent photos, again and again another photo from a different perspective. This is not like customer service or taking a customer seriously. I experience your company as very negative. Unfortunately no 0 can be given. Otherwise I wouldn't even have given you the 1 after this "service ???". Unfortunately!!!!!! Bloomon. It's not about the price, but the way you treat customers is below all service.

Something not quite well arrived? Take a picture and report it and it will be solved immediately. Without you having to leave the house. Super service!
I refresh the water twice after a week. Then I remove a single dead flower or flower that falls out. Possibly I make the stems a little shorter and they go for another week, in a smaller or smaller vase (s)! So I have three weeks of fun of flowers!

The biweekly bouquet is great. But when you send a gift bouquet and this goes wrong at all levels, bloomon completely pulls its hands off, very unfortunate.

Now we have a beautiful bouquet with beautiful and special flowers. (do occasionally change the water for an extra good result). Now this time again a nice surprise. Super fresh flowers that remain for over 3 weeks. Delivery time is well announced in advance and delivery is always within the specified time slot. Each bouquet comes with an indication of how to best arrange the flowers, very nice! It's not a cheap service, but price / quality is fine.

This year I receive flowers every 2 weeks, which surprise every time by the variety, freshness and certainly surprise because after 2 weeks I can transfer a single flower to a smaller vase and enjoy it even longer. Certainly there are species (Paeonia) that have finished flowering, but the days that they stand are a feast for the eyes. Furthermore, I follow the instruction to treat the flowers before they go into the vase and so far in my life (78 years) where flowers can always be found in the house, I have not yet been able to obtain as much quality via Bloomon, than only at the exclusive more expensive flower shops here in Amsterdam. However, I think flowers obtained through Bloomon are of better quality. Keep it like that ! In case of complaints, we listen and offer an alternative.
