A wonderful Store where you definitely find what you look for. The staff is amazing and very helpful.

A bit 'a gigantic consumer trap in which you can lose among many, too many designer shops

Brought my grandchildren to see Santa. He was excellent! No charge to see and talk to Santa. Photographer there to take pictures. We were able to see the photos on a computer before deciding which ones we wanted to buy. Hi five to Santa!

Busy department store, good choices, more upmarket than Macy's

Huge department store with everything you need. Have some patience because you can literally be in there for half a day shopping for anything. The service is great and the store is always clean.

Hey what can I say other than Bloomingdale's says it all

Posh, (but not Harrods or Saks posh) kind of a place with a large selection of goods available across 8 floors to satisfy most desires

Its not bad at all, a little congested besides that its ok

We had a fantastic experience from their sales staff, we found UGG cushions at a sale price of $23.99 + tax , they went out if their way to find 2 matching cushions, and even gave us a further 20% discount. The only issue we had was, "How the devil were we going to get these back to England " , but we did.

Not only is the frozen yogurt absolutely delicious but the menu items are full of delicious healthy choices

My visit to Santa clous was great, they are attentive to the children although it is a study just to take the photos the waiting time is worth it

Easily able to socially distance throughout the store and there was hand sanitizer everywhere. Very impressed.

Oct 8th Tuesday afternoon around 2:30-3:30pm I just been to M.A.C counter and every M.A.C artists that I bumped into were so welcoming and although acknowledging customer is very important we all knkw we do not get that all the time especially when you visit the counter for non profit purpose for them which was back to mac this time
I told every artists who welcomed me that I was there for back to mac because what usually happen is dales comes first I did not want to hold back any of them from profit making action which is sales
A blond long hair with center part lady with beautiful brownish eye make up with some sparkles helped me with my back to mac
She gave me complments on my ex product and a new lipsticks that I was getting Every verbal and physical actions she made was so appropriate as a mac artist and her grooming was a more than perfect as a mac artist
she gave me a whole excellent professional image of MAC brand as well as blooming dales through her actions and saying
I would have spent some money in there with her if it was not the train that I had to catch so quickly
I felt sorry cutting off her professional mac experience because I was so worried about the train schedule
I do not know her name so I described her looks and grooming here I hope she gets some reward being such a more than perfect mac artist

I had the best experience going back to Bloomingdale's after many months of not being able to enjoy the greatest customer service while shopping, actually I went in to get some presents for someone extremely special for me because his Birthday is coming up, the items that I was looking for were not available due to the current Global Pandemic, but I had great advise and actually ended up upgrading the quality and meaning to this year very special celebration, I was somewhat familiar with the brand ACQUA DI PARMA, I would like to bring to your attention that selling specialist BEN LUND, is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about this brand and the quality of customer service that I recieved was definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had, I personally ended up becoming a new passionate customer of AQCUA DI PARMA, and I can't wait to go back really soon to get more of their really original and high quality fragrances and products. Thank you BEN LUND and Bloomingdale's AQCUA DI PARMA for being so talented and amazing. I sincerely appreciate this level of 100% customer satisfaction from such a great talented specialist. Terribly confusing. Cluttered and mismatched stuff everywhere. You might pick up a $900 John Varvatos jacket and it be on the same rack as a $100 under armor one that looks very similar.

I could never find deals so I only shop when they are offering shopping bonus points and even then I only purchase Pandora charms.

That's so wonderful place, good staff, have everything I need.

Not enough staff in the wrapping dept. Lines too long with 1 person wrapping after 10 mins waiting than a person came along. You should have more staff on lunchtime because people shop @ this time

I didn't buy anything because it was too expensive but they had beautiful clothing. The selection was plentiful and the sales people were pleasant

I shop at Louis Vuitton inside Bloomingdale's I also love Bloomingdale's

They sell clothes from Ali Express! I bought a shirt there for $50 (original price $92) and after accidentally clicking on search button in Google photos I found out that this shirt is being sold on Ali Express for only $15. I though I can trust a store like Bloomingdale's, but looks like it is more upscale version of the Chinatown stores.

Great selection of so many designers in one place! Great sales and reward dollars for loyal shoppers!

One of the last great retailers. High-middle end. Sales are ridiculous.

It's a comprehensive shopping store. Staff are friendly. They did not have lactation room so one of the staff from infant section was very nice and offered changing room for our baby's feeding. Company offered good/competitive deals on good brand clothes. Spent half a day here. No complains, I would recommend coming to this place for those who still like to shop in store!

Found some great work dresses at Karen Millen on the third floor. Emma was super great and patient whenever I asked her to get me something in a different size. It gets a little crowded sometimes but overall it's a great organized environment.

Just another department store in my opinion. Yes, its big, but not much different to other stores.

The men's floor is disjointed and unorganized, but the staff is attentive.

A shopping paradise with several designer brands, prices according to products and brands.

Called in to Chanel to inquire if they have a $1750 bag, the guy who answered said no we dont and we cant get it thank you. Very rude, did not even ask if I am interested in a different bag, which I would have been. Did not expect this from Bloomingdales. I do not write much reviews but wow this really upset me.

A good place if you want to get a specific gift for some one , and they have many nice things and stuff ! But its expensive
