Clean, brightly lit space with very attentive staff, an excellent selection of fitting rooms, and plentiful checkout counters. Also, extensive but discrete seating for your shop-weary companions.

I have to say that it's totally worth it.to visit here and shop. Yes, you can get better prices online but nothing beats trying stuff on and seeing how it fits and getting to see yourself in it. I love bloomies!

Let s be honest. The usual service at Bloomingdales is lackadaisical. However, the woman working the NARS counter outdid herself. Came in here feeling ignored yet again, but this (manager?) went above and beyond to help. Im kicking myself for not clearly remembering her name (Christine?). If you meet a kindly NARS counter person who knows her stuff, do yourself a favor and buy yourself some makeup. I plan on doing as much of that as I can get away with.
Every single member of their staff is extremely gracious and helpful. Even if you are just window shopping, they will make sure you are well taken care of. And of course they have only first rate products in a very enjoyable atmosphere

This is an outcry to Bloomingdales corporate: the Marc Jacobs selection at this location is impeccable, however I also travel to Venice, CA frequently for work & love stopping by the Santa Monica location to see what s new. The selection of Marc Jacobs products at the Santa Monica location has definitely deteriorated & is almost embarrassing. Please train your buyers to understand local areas & understand what the customer actually wants instead of just looking at number/prices on line sheets. Nordstrom s selection is so much better

Men's shop is boring and over priced. Suits and more suits, all $1000+. Barney's has better selection. The staff are great, though. Super helpful.
The experience is horrible. It's a maze, no directions whatsoever. Everything they have Macy's has for 1/4 of the prices. Never again.

Iconic store, if visiting new york a must stop. Not as great fashion wise as it was in the 90's but still mostly everything you could want under one roof. Worth a trip to the far east side.
Whenever I am in New York, this is my first point of contact. You can shop very well here and always find special opportunities. Tip: the designer shoe department on the 4th floor. Great selection and very often great offers. The men's department is also great. You can find great, extraordinary brands here.
