Must visit multi store in New York!!!! Everything you like and you wish you can find it here!!!! The heaven of a shopper!!! and they have various sales almost daily... so you can find a good price too....

I had all department stores and while they are beautiful to look at they are a nightmare to navigate and find anyone to help. Basically it's my nightmare. shop online or with a personal concierge - it's the only way to go.

Very good store. The prices are high. Favorite shoe department. There are discounts.

Of course, the world famous Bloomingdale's has great selection but could be a little pricey.

Bloomingdale's has a good reputation and if you go there you will see cleanness and friendly to help you shop in the community.

One of the busiest stores in Manhattan, especially just before Christmas. Many, many floors of anything and everything clothing related. Many of the top names in the world have boutique areas on the speciality floors. Multiple restaurants inside.

What's not to like abt Bloomys? I could spend days in this place..great decor. The girl who served me at Charlotte Tilbury was friendly and helpful.

It's a huge glorious store with many beautiful things. All the service folks were very kind and helpful to me a tourist. I chose a lovely hand cream but I wanted the drop dead gorgeous winter coats, but also I love in Florida .

I didn't like shopping on a Saturday because all the sales reps were very rude and unhelpful I would shop any other day but Saturday I never had this kind of service before

They always have the newest trends, everything I need in one place

I use Bloomingdale's as a convenient way to walk from Lexington Avenue to Third Avenue when it's hot or cold. Dale uses it as one of her "go to" places to shop. She particularly likes their rewards program in addition to their broad supply of high quality goods. She particularly likes to shop there with our grandkids .........especially as we live less than a block away.

Terrible customer service at the pickup section! They sent you emails telling you that the items are ready for pick up! Once you get there the items are not ready! Then the "sales representative" that is suppose to bring you the item from stock! Instead he send you to look for it and bring it back to him! That's not customer service! He is suppose to do the job for you!

Amazing store with so much to choose from. Workers are super nice and store is very clean. Great part of the city and Bloomingdale's is a classic staple to the area.

Total disappointment, compared to the fame of the sign. Catering plan under renovation, hopefully in a future visit.

Was a little intimidated to go in inside but great it wasn't so bad treated nicely even tho I'm not wealthy lol... clean beautiful building great shops inside!

This store has everything. It runs the entire block; so you can enter on either Lexington Avenue or Third. If you go to the Men's Department; you can get right on/off the Subway on the ground floor without having to go outside (which is a nice perk when it's snowing or raining). 2nd Floor for ladies clothes has lots of cool brands; home section has great bedding - I personally love their store brand; and 16 carrots is a favorite for lunch.

Totally forgot about Bloomie's. What a great and fun store. Outstanding collections of fabulous furniture, housewares, men, women, and children's wear. A fabulous cosmetic floor...

I tried to return one shirt that had the original tags still on it and had brought the credit card the shirt was purchased on. The Asian young woman who assisted me refused to return the shirt and refund the card. She explained that it was store policy. If that's the case so be it however her attitude was extremely nasty. All I can think of is she must have been having a lousy day but to take it out on a customer?? My friends shop there frequently however I have instructed them never to shop there again.

Great store. Fun for window shopping. Great sales. Can find a good bargain if you look

Bloomingdale s used to be the store to go to in Christmas because the store will lure you in with all their top-notch designer collections and variety available in-store. Now, they turned themselves more into a disorganized upscale Macy s. :/ Sorry to see a great department store go downhill.

After a long hunt across 4 floors of displays and various departments, a salesperson offered to go in back and find a briefcase that had recently been removed from display and everybody else said was no longer available. The website said otherwise, and my new friend was right! I'm now the proud owner of said briefcase. Thanks, Bloomingdale's!

The staff doesn't know where anything is except for the department where they worked in which is a little frustrating

She wasn t the original salesperson for my purchase but she took down my information and checked to see if I was eligible for a free gift offer with my purchase. Unfortunately MZ Wallace could not get me the offer. She got back to me to let me know they she was going to contact MZ Wallace for my gift offer. They were unable to do anything for me but she was so kind to give me something in its place. For that I am extremely grateful.

Impressive range of different types of items. very stately

The most outstanding store in NYC and when you step outside the store with all those shopping bags. A young lady gets hit by a Cab, her cellphone splits from it cover, all is good, it still works. We help her to her feet, she says she's ok, I say,"Did you get the licences plate #of the can. She says,"No", I say 6 months from now when the weather changes your knees &back will hurt. Awsome shopping experience if you love high end fashion, also you can find high end name brands on sale at great prices which is better than going to an outlet.

Run to Bloomingdale's now, their sales are great!!! I usually go to the kids department at this time of the year for their sales but now bc the current situation sales are even better.

So sad I could not find a dress for my wedding reception dinner party.

I received a styling session from Susan and it was one of the best things ive ever done! It was so much fun and it really gave me a personalized shopping experience. Sometimes I can get overwhelmed in big stores and lose track of what I came there for but I was able to tell Susan exactly what I was looking for and my size before and she had it all ready for me for our scheduled appointment. You can tell she has expertise in her field. She was very knowledgeable and picked up on my style right away. I can t wait to come back and bring my friends! Here s some outfits I got.

Great place to cross the block in the warm ... Very expensive

one of the best retailers relating in nyc. visiting to see remodel and so far everything is very inviting and eye catching. Going back to check out the 3 floors we missed.

I've been a shopper at this store for decades, Bloomingdale's is one of my favorite stores with nice staff, great selection, forty carats frozen yogurt (Awesome) and Magnolia Bakery.

"A museum for fashion"

This is one of the few department stores left in Manhattan, and it is still there because it has done a much better job in adapting to the changing world than much of its competition. There is a wide range of merchandise to browse, and if you look hard enough, you will always find something reasonably priced to buy.

They had an event to celebrate the revamp to the beauty floor. The place is beautiful and spotless but not enough shoppers for the overstaffing so it's uncomfortable.

The original flagship Bloomingdales. One of the remaining full service department stores in Manhattan. Visiting during the holidays to see the windows is a fun way to experience the store.

If you find yourself in the city and need to do a number two, this is the place.

I really liked the restaurant on the seventh floor, the attention received, the quality of the food and the yogurt. Very good!!!! Greetings from Spain
