GREAT. MANY INTERESTING PRODUCTS.BEST CITY PLACE TO BUY MATTRESSES. AND TB MOVEIS.RAPIDA DELIVERY.
SO I THINK THE SEALING HARASSMENT OF SELLERS ON THE FIRST FLOOR IN MAKE UP AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS. IT'S GOOD TO PICK UP THE ELEVATOR SOON AND DISTURB IT ON THE OTHER FLOORS. MANY TABLE AND BED ITEMS. RALPH LAUREN ETC FURNITURE

Don't go first thing in the morning. Full of employees, but not a single one interested in helping a customer. Too busy talking to peers. Shocking how out of touch they are. I went to a competitor a few minutes afterwards and received personal service.

Besides clothing, the snowboard/ski equipment is really lacking. The prices are also a little high compared to other local sports shops but other than that, Bloomingdale's is great. The customer service is what really keeps me coming back; they're both knowledgeable and helpful.
Stock some snowboard gear and this place will get 4* from me.

Bloomingdale's/Macy's has been wholly unhelpful through the process of creating a wedding registry. The Bloomingdale's website does have an option to create a registry, but an error pops up that says to call customer service because something went wrong. Okay, I can live with that part. I called customer service, who created a ticket to have IT try to fix it. I later received a call back asking me to try different browsers, clearing cookies/caches, and trying private browsing. None of that helped. I gave it a couple days and tried again. Nothing working. Chatted with an agent and called an agent. Over telephone, I was told that the ticket with IT was resolved. They said nothing was wrong with their website, but yet it still did not work. The chat agent tried to help but could not. I was directed to a customer survey to escalate my complaint. Two weeks later, there is no response to that survey. Fast forward another couple weeks and the website still does not work. An agent today told me that there is no solution they can offer me. He said I could go to the store. I tried then calling the Macy's complaint line since they are the parent company. I was directed to a supervisor. Only, after 48 minutes of being on hold, I gave up. I called back in and was furious. This finally got me to a supervisor. Finally, this person (Clarissa, I think) at least admitted that what was happening should not be happening and apologized. However, there is still no resolution.

I like Bloomingdale's. It is a nice store with good brands (on the high end qua price) which makes you expect good service.. when you buy something (in my case a Marc Jacobs handbag), you have to wait 15+mins for them to get it from the storage.. this is just ridiculous. Nope, not in sale.. full retail price so no excuse. Get your logistics figured out so that you give the service your clients deserve.

Great store I couldn't wait to go there. I have a bag just a little tote bag Bloomingdale had given me for something years ago. I went wanting to show them I still had it. Entirely different, unfriendly staff, was really disappointed. Buy hey ho still a great shop.

Buyer beware. If you purchase something in the store, you have to return it to the store. If you are from out of town, you're out of luck. I purchased 3 lipsticks, the sales person gave me two of the same. Unfortunately, I did not check it until I arrived home (not in NYC). I called the store, and their 800 number. Both said that the store policy is that I am unable to return it online. I guess if I had spent thousands of dollars, I may have gotten a different response. Now, I have to mail the item to my daughter, so that she can exchange it. It's a shame that such a reputable store, does not cater to it's clients. I will not be returning to Bloomingdale's. Their competitor, Macys offers returns in store or online.

There's something for everyone at Bloomingdale's in midtown NYC. It is one of the last remaining department stores that maintains the atmosphere of the great department stores of the past. They stock excellent products, no doubt. But the best thing that I liked about the place was the genuine help that was available with shopping & the personalised customer care. Excellent. Full marks

Bad customers services in the Men's Department!!! I went there to return a suit that my husband bought the day before and it was dirty on the bottom parts of the pants. The lady gave me such a hard time to return it or exchange it that I ended up going to another store. Bad customers services in the Men's Department especially in Kooples Area!!!

The salesman at canali is extremely rude.
I purchased a suit from canali and when I picked sit up he was extremely unprofessional and rude. Management should hire kinda people with customer service, not stuck up men.
