Nick the Marlton Manager on Rt.73 was AMAZING! Customer service was second to none. Took a potentially negative situation and turned it into the most pleasant customer experience. Will go back.

Not sure there are words to describe how great it ...

Not sure there are words to describe how great it is to sit down with your family for a meal and find ants crawling on your table. After barely making it to the table because the floors were so greasy we nearly fell down. Never saw a manager, barely even acknowledged that we said there wete ants on the table. We had to ASK to move after we showed our server the bugs!
The ants can have the place we wont be back.

I visited some family and friends over the past weekend I even paid for the meal we waited quite a while for our food after our appetizer to where it was near to and hour and 3/4 before we considered dessert I approved the waitress and asked for the check for the food explaining that the group could get their dessert I received the check with dessert on it anyway then the waitress came back and said there was no desserts which would be upsetting to anyone but this was between 10 and 20 minutes after the desserts were ordered not the bill must be re calculated it was and about 10 -15 minutes later we went on our way any way we make it home and check my account and here are both charges amounting to more than 350$ now a week nearer two and I've tried calling many times end result leave a message and we will be back to you in 3-5 days call speak with a receptionist they transfer you to the same recording call back speak with another person same result I've been calling corporate office cause I don't want to deal with the store , restaurant whom couldn't get it right to start with but noting how this is going I going to wind up waiting another week or two to get a refund of my own money you can bet this will effect my restaurant choice in the future

Last night I stopped in at a Outback Steakhouse in...

Last night I stopped in at a Outback Steakhouse in Kennewick, Wa. and I paid just over fifty bucks including tip for a 8oz steak and shimp dinner and two draft beers and I was surprised at the poor quality of the food and the atmosphere for the money I was spending as I haven't been in a Outback for several years now.
The sirloin was fair at best, four little bite sized coconut shrimp, a piss poor baker with just a trace of butter, sour cream and barely a sprinkle of chives and room temp broccoli.
Also, as I did eat at the bar, I had a drafty breeze blowing down on my head as it was a warm evening outside and the music was not anything pleasant but of an annoying sort which I've never heard before, at least outside of a Kmart maybe.

Corporate and manager: on Saturday June 24, 2017 at 7:00 pm your restaurant(196 Donahue Street- Sausalito, Ca.) should have more than 2 waiters on the floor. I live in Florida where your corporate offices are located. As a matter of fact, I worked at Steak-n-Ale where a couple of your founders got their start. Myself, husband, and child(13) were told there would be a 30-45 minute wait from the hostess. The restaurant had at least 15 tables open. Hostess should have offered us a table and had the bartender take a drink order ,and possibly an appetizer order not to lose the business. We would have been happy to wait. We were on vacation- they need retraining. Wish I had thought to take a photo of the empty tables. Fortunately, Subway was in the same plaza and happy have our business. Apparently I have a problem with getting in contact with the company i work for (blooming brand) especially since it s 4:30 and the office closes at 5:00pm since that s what the voice mail says idk I m a little confused but I d love to know where my manual check is since I worked 3 weeks minimum wage7.25 and got payed only $80.

On 1/18/17 I ordered online for pick up, the chopp...

On 1/18/17 I ordered online for pick up, the chopped steak from an Outback restaurant in Livonia Michigan off of Middlebelt Road and it was not what I expected. Now I could be wrong but there was no picture on the menu when I ordered the item. I expected chopped steak medallions mixed with onions and mushrooms. What i recieved was a dry well done (ordered it med well) ground burger patty. I returned and asked the manager on duty what it was. He told me that it was indeed choped steak and argued with me about it in front of other guest. Now. Upon my own do diligence i have found that he was right. Chopped steak is essentially ground burger or steak in a meatloaf type patty. Ok I WAS WRONG! But it was they way he went about it that was wrong on his part. Let me break it down.
1. He should of pulled me aside and discussed it in a how can I/we make this right kinda of matter
---instead he chose to argue with me in front of waiting guests and try to make me look bad by stating his experience and qualifications.
2. He should of offered me something else in its place. It was not what I expected or wanted. If i were sitting at a table thats exactly what would of happened.
---instead he continued to tell me that it was indeed chopped steak.
3. He should of offerd me other options.
--- instead he stares at me after i tell him it was not what i wanted or expected.
4. I asked for a refund at this point because we were getting know where fast. Its like he just wanted to argue with me. He mumbles "we dont normally do this" huh? Offer a refund? Come with me he says.
He then gives me the refund. Waitress kept the tip...thats right I tipped for curbside service! 20% actually. Was not her fault or Outbacks.

Bottom line...managers attitude and the loss of "the customer is always right" is why the no star rating. While I understand the manager wants as few comps as possible he could have offered me something in its place. I would of gladly payed the difference. And lets be very clear. I did NOT intend on making a scene. I was polite with the hostes and the manager. I just wanted some dinner.

The Outback Steakhouse at 315 W Maple Ave in Vienn...

The Outback Steakhouse at 315 W Maple Ave in Vienna VA has a history of poor service. A group of 10 who were always at the Fairfax Outback, same proprietor, refused to transfer to the Vienna store because of the known quality and bad service issues. I have on occasion frequented as there had been some improvements and it is the most convenient to my location. Once again, horrible, horrible ignorance of the concept of customer service by the MOD, Natalie as well as the to go associate and alternate manager (name?). To Go person and Natalie having grossly unprofessional argument with me over the parking space I did and have almost always utilized. There is an endcap space that is UNSIGNED and painted with standard parking lines which is next to 4 SIGNED and box painted parking spaces for "to-go" parking. The two decided to engage me and ARGUE with me about parking there. I identified it is not a designated and signed spot for "to-go" parking.... in any way. I know the difference and legalities as I was an operations executive with a parking company for over 7 years. They decided to be nasty and rude in their approach and handling, with the Manager Natalie threatening me with having my car towed. I have pictures that I will forward for your review when/if you actually contact me about this matter. The Fairfax (now unfortunately closed) and Centreville restaurants under this proprietor were solid, dependable and reliable. The Fairfax store was great and should have remained open over the Vienna location. The Burke location is/has been the best location in the vicinity. Vienna is so inept at customer service. When eating at the bar the staff hangs out by the kitchen side of the bar talking terribly about customers and inappropriate personal stuff regularly. This and other issues have been discussed a number of times. How pathetic that they cannot provide ANY contact information for reaching corporate or outside the store. Typical service concept for them was to be rude on the phone and tell me to search for it online myself. The other Manager then informed me that I could certainly get the number and follow-up with a complaint. I thanked her for her permission to do so just before she started yelling at me while arguing about my being wrong about the parking space. I'll see what Bloomin Brands has to see before I take next action(s). I searched online, got the contact info, left a voicemail, and will wait to see what response the company takes. THIS VIENNA OUTBACK WAS AND IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

I live in Columbia, SC. The kitchen is fine the manager is fine. But do you people know anything about the bar business??? No happy hour, no drink specials essentially no incentive to come early and have a drink before dinner, and certainly no reason to stay after I've eaten. At 6 bucks Fosters, I'm certainly not encouraged. And your bar reflects the operators....it's empty at 4-5pm on a Friday night. Fix this, it irks me to see a business run so poorly.

On Feb. 15th my parents went to your Outback Steak...

On Feb. 15th my parents went to your Outback Steakhouse located on 371 Gellert Boulevard in Daly City, CA. They entered the restaurant at noon and was told to wait by one of your staff. I don't know the name of the lady who told them to wait but she is described as a chubby female with brown hair who is not very tall. The restaurant was not busy at all. There were plenty of empty tables. My parents waited but were not approached by any of the staff after the initial contact. The person who told them to wait then proceeded to do other things, such as setting up empty tables when nobody else was waiting. There were plenty of empty tables. My parents finally left after waiting 8 minutes and went to have lunch somewhere else. FYI, my parents are in their 80's.

My parents were very upset by the way they were treated. To be left standing, waiting to be seated, and then totally ignored is unprofessional. Is this the standard operating procedure for your establishment? Customers should not be treated so poorly if you want them to continue to dine at your establishment.

Ordered Outback to-go last month for the steak & c...

Ordered Outback to-go last month for the steak & crab special. Ordered my steak medium well & a pound of crab legs. The steak was bloody. The crab legs were dry, tasteless & tough.

Thinking maybe that the cook was having an off night, tried it again today. This time I ordered the steak well done. The steak was fine. Again, the crab legs were over cooked & tough. I crack one open & nothing was inside. I wish I could post the pictures. It was disgusting. I threw it away. Wasted money. Definitely will not be be visiting the Florence sc location ever again. And will be skeptical about others ones.

12-16-18, are at Outback in The Villages, my son o...

12-16-18, are at Outback in The Villages, my son ordered Victoria Filet (med rare) it came out rare...sent it back it came out a little more on medium side, but son didnt want to send back, he was irritated...husband ordered Ribeye (medium)..also broccoli, steamed extremely well and thrown on flat top to give a bit of char..broccoli came out very hard, barely steamed...steak came out like a piece of leather, no seasoning...sent it back, asking for seasoning, and it to be medium...it came out manager asked him to cut into it..it was cooked correctly..after taking a bite..my husband noticed there was an extreme amount of seasoning..he scraped it with knife and wiped it off with napkin, ended up rinsing steak off with his water there was so much..very irritated...manager stated 'I'm sorry'...nothing was taken off our bill..this particular night the staff/manager was holding their Christmas party on the left side of restaurant during business hours, party started at 7pm...waitress was great, did all she could do..manager was obviously pre-occupied..very sad management ...

Delivery service is HORRIBLE. 2nd time they've taken over an hour and food arrives cold. Gave them a 2nd chance, no way there will be a 3rd. Called the store and the Manager was no help at all. What does he care right...it's not like they're going to refund my online payment. Cold food, horrible service and indifferent management.

To Corporate: Your restaurant sucks! You guys have horrible employees that don't care about your business...thus make all look bad! Here in Rome, Ga....the outback restaurant is simply not up to par! To many inattentive kids, horrible food...I just ordered $30.00 worth of food...all of it was awful...this was apart of my moms birthday celebration...and you guys ruined it! I called and reported this to a Megan...and also informed her that this wasn't the first time that our quesidillas were horribly BLACK...don't you guys know that eating burnt bread cause cancer! God ain't pleased with these games! And my mom said the blooming onion was just as bad! Ticket number 0043 table 997...I ordered to go!

The hostesses were young and didn't no how to seat people. They would have people waiting for an hour but seat people that walked right in the door . Then when everyone complained the manager was very rude and didn't care at all. I will never go back again. I was at the one on Greenfield in Southfield Michigan.

On Friday the 8th of June did a call ahead for sea...

On Friday the 8th of June did a call ahead for seating and was informed there is a 20 min wait, said that is great we r about 15 mins out. We arrived with a party of 8, we waited patiently for 25 mins and finally got seated and it only gets worse from there. We waited 25 more mins without anyone acknowledging our existence. Finally a server came by and said someone will be rt with u. After another 5-8 mins another server came by and said someone will b right with u. We decided to go and eat at the bar. The bartender was very prompt and Courteous and did an excellent job. Apertizers were offered free which was a good gesture but felt like a apology was warranted. If not the favorite place for my niece we would have left. Customer service at its worst in the dinning room!!!!!!

This is to let you know about 2 amazing young lad...

This is to let you know about 2 amazing young ladies working at your Oakridge Tennessee location my family and me eat there around 2 to 3 times a week but today my daughter and I decided to use the curbside service Michelle was our curbside assistant she brought our food out had us check everything before we could leave to make sure that we received everything we ordered Thank you for that then when we went to leave the car wouldn't start about 10 minutes later Michelle saw we were still there and came out and asked if there was something else we needed and we said JUMPER CABLES SHE SAID she had some and went back into the restaurant and came back with a young lady named Jordan both of them proceeded to hook the cables up and get our vehicle started my daughter and I was so grateful to these 2 amazing woman for helping us they went ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE please make sure to contact their store and appreciate them for taking such great care of your customers. I am a 58 year old woman who has recently had 2 surgeries on my wrist and am going through therapy so this was such appreciated .

Booth's are very uncomfortable No leg room booth tables fixed into the floor so you have no belly room while your wife has more room than she needs . Tables are not always available and for two people they are too small and the chairs are designed to make you eat fast.

I visited the new location in Charlotte NC, the manager was horrible. The waiter spell bar-b-que on me and then the manager said she got conflicting stories. I said well of course he is going to lie about it to protect his job. I will be following up with corporate. Then she tried to insult me by saying it's a simple knit shirt..it does matter it wasn't messed up before I got here tonight. Stated they would reinburse me after I paid for my dry cleaning..I shouldn't have to be reimbursed they should have paid for shirt. Bar-b-que sauce will not come out of white clothes...I'm so pissed off...
