Corporate and manager: on Saturday June 24, 2017 at 7:00 pm your restaurant(196 Donahue Street- Sausalito, Ca.) should have more than 2 waiters on the floor. I live in Florida where your corporate offices are located. As a matter of fact, I worked at Steak-n-Ale where a couple of your founders got their start. Myself, husband, and child(13) were told there would be a 30-45 minute wait from the hostess. The restaurant had at least 15 tables open. Hostess should have offered us a table and had the bartender take a drink order ,and possibly an appetizer order not to lose the business. We would have been happy to wait. We were on vacation- they need retraining. Wish I had thought to take a photo of the empty tables. Fortunately, Subway was in the same plaza and happy have our business.
