The Outback Steakhouse at 315 W Maple Ave in Vienn...
The Outback Steakhouse at 315 W Maple Ave in Vienna VA has a history of poor service. A group of 10 who were always at the Fairfax Outback, same proprietor, refused to transfer to the Vienna store because of the known quality and bad service issues. I have on occasion frequented as there had been some improvements and it is the most convenient to my location. Once again, horrible, horrible ignorance of the concept of customer service by the MOD, Natalie as well as the to go associate and alternate manager (name?). To Go person and Natalie having grossly unprofessional argument with me over the parking space I did and have almost always utilized. There is an endcap space that is UNSIGNED and painted with standard parking lines which is next to 4 SIGNED and box painted parking spaces for "to-go" parking. The two decided to engage me and ARGUE with me about parking there. I identified it is not a designated and signed spot for "to-go" parking.... in any way. I know the difference and legalities as I was an operations executive with a parking company for over 7 years. They decided to be nasty and rude in their approach and handling, with the Manager Natalie threatening me with having my car towed. I have pictures that I will forward for your review when/if you actually contact me about this matter. The Fairfax (now unfortunately closed) and Centreville restaurants under this proprietor were solid, dependable and reliable. The Fairfax store was great and should have remained open over the Vienna location. The Burke location is/has been the best location in the vicinity. Vienna is so inept at customer service. When eating at the bar the staff hangs out by the kitchen side of the bar talking terribly about customers and inappropriate personal stuff regularly. This and other issues have been discussed a number of times. How pathetic that they cannot provide ANY contact information for reaching corporate or outside the store. Typical service concept for them was to be rude on the phone and tell me to search for it online myself. The other Manager then informed me that I could certainly get the number and follow-up with a complaint. I thanked her for her permission to do so just before she started yelling at me while arguing about my being wrong about the parking space. I'll see what Bloomin Brands has to see before I take next action(s). I searched online, got the contact info, left a voicemail, and will wait to see what response the company takes. THIS VIENNA OUTBACK WAS AND IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
