Despite the work next door and the lively area, I had a good night, good bedding, hearty breakfast. Bottom: the room itself: to completely redo! Tartar on the faucet, taken out of the wall, rust stains. Hoof bath ?? !! And poster stating: if you flood the bathroom, we charge you 500 !!
Hotel clean, bedding soft and very clean, two steps from the metro, tran, rer very convenient just bring a few varieties in the menus.
WLAN problems not solved within a week. International TV program without a single German program. Breakfast very limited selection. Room small. Wardrobe small .... just 4 hangers for 2 people. Underground parking 25 euros for 24 hours we found expensive. In our opinion, this hotel is not worth its money.
I was only their for one night so I can only provide feedback on such. The room was impeccable. Nice front desk help. Smiling faces. I was happy with it. Would stay again if I return to Paris.

If I could, I would give this hotel 0 stars. The hotel room was too small, and the towels were dirty when we checked in. We left the hotel earlier, because we felt too uncomfortable. The price of this hotel is absolutely not worth. We didn t even got a payment or at least a sorry back. Worst hotel ever!!

if it wasn't for the nice staff I would rate them lower. rooms are small and not enough lighting. it smelled awful, carpets stained, shower head loose and the next door guess smoked so much it felt like it was my room they were in.

Stayed here for two days, as soon as I entered the hotel, there was a faint stench; the hotel breakfast was normal, the fruit was not fresh enough, and the eggs that one day ate also tasted; the first floor can use the computer to experience the French keyboard, also drunk The hotel left and went straight through the road for about 5 minutes. There is a Carrefour city store, you can buy fruit, and then there is a shop to the north. We ordered pizza, it was delicious, and the beer was good.
Very small rooms .micro oven and electric cattle must be provided in the rooms. Dinner options are very limited in the restaurant.
Our phone didn't work the whole week we were there. And we told them to fix it almost everyday and they said that the technician said it was working but when we picked up the receiver there would be no sound at all. The room service was good tho and their breakfast buffet was mediocre quality. The tv also did not work that well but the bed was comfy and the shower was hot and it was a decent place to stay while in paris. 5 minute walk to the train. Also has a nice restaurant across the street and markets near by.
Lack of staff, we were eating at the restaurant of the hotel at 21:00 because it is open until 22h and we could not have dessert because the cuisto had closed his kitchen at 22h so at this account the do not take the customers at 9pm
First of all, it's vitally important to know that ROOMS ARE SMALL, very small: in a two beds room there's very few space to move. The wardrobe is quite small and cannot be closed, also quite uncomfortable to put clothes in it Bathroom is actually good, even if a friend found the toilet paper keeper detaching from the wall, but the rest is comfortable. I only had breakfast there, and it was meh. The international breakfast was quite poor, while the French sweet one was really good, with croissants and crepes fresh every morning; also fresh fruit and juices were good, and coffee was ok. The bad part about the breakfast was the serious mess on the tables: if you weren't in the first turn early in the morning, you would have found most tables covered with all the plates from the previous people who had just left; the solutions imo are a faster cleaning service (since THERE IS one, but it's quite slow) or organise the whole breakfast area with some point where people can deposit the dishes they used and not messing up all the tables, since they can use the trays available. Reseption is kind and available at all times; they have good English (which is not given for granted in Paris) and it appears good Asian languages speakers. Overall a quite good hotel that can get better at some points to offer an even better service.

The hotel has small rooms but it's a normal size for Paris, everything in the room is impeccable clean with a modern decoration, friendly staff. I totally recommend it.
Good location, close to metro station. Wouldn't recommend to arrive late to hotel, because surrounding area not safe. Room was fairly ok, towels not changed, tiny bugs in bathroom and on the room table surface, couln't leave anything on table. Bathroom has no drainage and the haidryer only makes noise, not dry hair at all. Overall only to sleep an take a quick shower ok, otherwise wouldn't recommend to families with kids.

Of course, it is not as clean as a Japanese business hotel because it is Paris, but the distance to the center is too small, and the older brother at the front desk is fashionable and frank. Dinner is not expensive for Paris. There is a small store on the left side of the station, so you can buy water there.

A truly horrendous stay to start with the surprises of the parking fee 35 a day then the staff knowing that the days we were supposed to stay were Sunday and Monday of celebration and the municipal parking lot is not paid accordingly. He charged me 70 for two days. A THEFT A FULL DAY. Not to mention the room. The electronic key did not work twice within 2 min of getting to the first floor. The rooms were small and old smelled of old also was Mochet soprco when the official website of the rooms were the same small but nice. We cmq by staying with a small child it was shameful to give us an old room, since later when I saw the room of my in-laws that had been given to him a new room, and we were very, very disappointed. They gave us two matching rooms with two doors. I felt like being in a prison was a maze shooting in a room and the other for more with the baby. Truly a disaventura. The doors were destroyed between them. The chairs were as if they were found on the street. The shower had no hot running water, I had to take a step x shower that turned out hot water on the hot water side. The price of the collation Fast 4 in sight at the entrance of the restaurant and at the reception the girl wanted me to pay 4.50 per person which then later paid after it was unpaid. Muhamed one of the people in the restaurant was very friendly. Upon departure from the hotel Savior the front desk manager told me some things with great courtesy and gentileza. But for us it will be the first and last time we stay there and also France. really very expensive. Out of any limit.

We loved our stay at TimHotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is nice because it have a nice metro line to visit the most of the famous spots in Paris (as well as RER C to go to versailles and orly airport).

Recently renovated rooms. Room size is a little small, but thats what you expect in Europe. Friendly helpful staff. Air conditioning could be better though.

its ok, good value for money, bed comfy. but noise insulation could be better.
Next to Metro and in a non touristy area so local cafes arent expensive. Hotel lobby is clean and modern but the rooms are a little dated. Took the bedsheet off due to the heat (33+ degrees outside) and the duvet had alot of stains. There is air conditioning but it was like being coughed on by a pensioner.

Very good hotel. Good location right next to the Metro and Tram, buses pass right by. Hallal restaurants. 20 minutes on foot to go to the Barbes souk to buy cheaper.

We were very well received and had a great time. We just have a comment on the prices of the dishes on the menu, for us 2 euros less would be more related to the plate served. We thank and congratulate all staff members for their kindness, their smile and the quality of their work.

Staff are very friendly, but this place is definitely not maintained as well as it should be. The bathroom tiles and tub were all about yellow and mildewed due to the fact that there's no ventilation fan. As well, the WiFi wasn't working the two nights we were there. Location was convenient as there's a metro station right across the street.

The choice for evening meal in the restaurant was disappointingly limited the buffet was not served on Friday 13th- Saturday we had a show booked and therefore the meal time was too late starting and on Sunday was again not served.
The choice at breakfast was good for cereal breads yogurts etc but the hot food was quite poor and the scrambled egg???? would say what was served had never been in contact with a hen!!

The day we arrived at the hotel in full reception while we checked, they stole our purse with money and personal belongings. The hotel did not help us to file a complaint, they did not show us the cameras that according to that area do not arrive, something absurd because it was in full check that the hotel camera does not reach the area in check ... I do not recommend it for anything the last!!!!

Super attentive service, reasonable price and nice structure. We did not choose the breakfast because it cost 33 euros, absurd because on the street a good coffee costs three times less, at least. The best point is that the hotel is located on the subway, to be more exact, just cross the street and we are at the station.
There are many Asian group travelers. In the vicinity of the guardrails near the ring line, be careful because the security is not good at night.
OKish Hotel for a short stay, rooms are quite small, windows don't protect from street noise completely, breakfast very limited.

Very clean efficient hotel, staff very helpful, however very disappointed that the bar and restaurant weren't open at the weekend and Monday (11 November), understand that it was Bank Holiday, but it was residents ' holiday too.
