Positive things :
Very close to metro and RER station making it very easy to get everywhere
Room was newish and clean. I did pay for deluxe room so can't speak for standard ones. Service was great.

Negative:
Area is not very great and I wouldn't venture far at night .
Only two elevators in the lobby with large crowds means a long wait for your turn .
The lobbies are depressing and could do with some pictures and bright colours and new carpets...
