Although the room was good, I had a terrible experience with the lady that works in the restaurant. The coffee machine was not working, so I kindly asked for her help (using all the good words like good morning, excuse me and please) and all that she said was "it's only pressing one button sir...". Leaving me alone without solving my problem (really rude). Then I asked for the help of the guy in the reception and then she said to him that I broke the machine. She didn't know that I speak French and that I could understand her. And then I could hear from my table all her complaint about how I broke the machine. All I did was to press the Chocolat button, but she insisted to everyone, saying out loud that I broke the machine. I didn't reply to her, I was only ashamed in the middle of the restaurant for something I didn't do. I was not expecting something like this in this hotel.
After I made a complaint in the reception, my room's card was not working anymore. I needed to go to the reception twice in order to change cards and the third one worked. Furthermore, they said that the room was reserved to other person that was not me. All this made me think that this hotel is not good. The room is nice and clean, but the people that work there are not prepared to work in a hotel like this. I may be calm, but I am not dumb. I'm never coming back to this hotel.
