Awesome place to get fresh seafood.

Been hearing about this place since I moved to Florida, happy I finally got to check it out!

Cool dive vibe, fresh and tasty food, cold beer and friendly service.

One of the 1st places I went when I move here 29 yrs ago and still going there.

Southport is a staple in FTL. Parking is sparse, but you can try your luck by the adjacent curbs. Good lunch menu. There s seating outside by some docks. Would be nice in the winter. Service friendly, & two bars to serve you. Pay some money & they ll get a tile on the ceiling for you with your advertisement. Over all friendly, laid back place.

This place is amazing and live music is wonderful. Our favorite local spot. The peel and eat shrimp is fantastic it is in a butter old Bay sauce that was so delicious. the wings are also very good we like the teriyaki style wings. The mozzarella sticks are also very good. We've also had the muscles in the wine mixed with the red tomato sauce and that was amazing as well. pretty much everything we've ever had here has been fresh and delicious. servers are always friendly and the service is pretty quick. good place to come with kids my son loves the live music. we come here every year and it never disappoints. live in Virginia and every time we are in Laudy we come here to eat multiple times! Going down hill...stay away.Used to be a great restaurant. Now the shrimp are over cooked and the
portions are getting smaller. Glass of wine is a joke.
Would like to edit this review, we go to this restaurant probably once a month, after I posted a bad review we went back a few months later and it seem like everything was a lot better the service was all faster the food was cooked a little better and the wine was actually filled to where it should be, so I m giving him four stars and I m glad that they re back to where they used to be.

Love the food and atmosphere. The patio has misting fans.

Best fish taco around with an amazing extra...view!

Excellent dive bar with a very relaxed SoFlo setting right over the water.

Best raw clams in So Fla!!!! And everything else is amazeballs too

Decent food but so-so service. No malt vinegar for fish and chips and practically a thimble of tartar sauce. Raw oysters were good.
