I bought a monitor at this Saturn market. This was broken, I have him repaired 3 times, now he is broken again. Every time I had to wait several weeks for the repair. Again, I have to wait at least 2 weeks again. Saturn refuses to take back the monitor, but I have a legal claim.

After three months, I had to send a smartphone I bought for service. For 2 weeks I kept asking them if they had any update or when I could have it back, but they had no answer. Also, I asked if they can provide me a replacement for that time period and the answer was no because they only have 25 devices available in total.

I brought a screen (curved widescreen) for repair 2 months ago. When I asked several questions about my device, I was only pushed onto the waiting bench. As for the deadlines, I was even lied to in the market. After more than a month, I finally got a loaner, but only inferior. Now I have "fixed" my screen again. The back is now completely scratched, no excuses, let alone compensation.
