I brought a screen (curved widescreen) for repair 2 months ago. When I asked several questions about my device, I was only pushed onto the waiting bench. As for the deadlines, I was even lied to in the market. After more than a month, I finally got a loaner, but only inferior. Now I have "fixed" my screen again. The back is now completely scratched, no excuses, let alone compensation.
