Bison Witches-Lincoln Review

The veggie sandwich was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be coming back to eat here again.

Food was amazing exactly what I wanted and plenty of it. I love how they didn't make me choose between items got a little bit of everything I was looking for. Also they make a super delicious Bloody Mary I've always said the right way to make Bloody Marys is with a pickle in it but I've never seen it done in a bar only have I done it myself but this place does it which makes me super happy!! Only reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because it needs to be kept up with better in the dinning area definitely needed to be swept and tables needed to be wiped down. Other wise great place to eat super nice staff.

Best foods: The chicken nachos, the club sandwich, and the classic bread bowl! Just an amazing place to eat with good facilities. Got take out during COVID-19, the process was amazing easy. Best place to eat in Lincoln!

Seems like it would be a fun place for decent bar sandwich and beer, and then you see they charge 11.50 for a deli sandwich and a bag of chips. Sandwich was well buttered so hard to mess up but tasted good.

We went because every other place Friday night in downtown and Haymarket had a 30 minute wait and this place was empty. I bet it once was a packed cheap eats and drinks place and just kept jacking up menu prices.

This is one of my favorite lunch stops in downtown Lincoln. I've never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly and the food is amazing. I'm not even really a fan of sandwich shops but but this place is the exception. The McQuinton and The Hawaiian are standouts (so far) but I plan on trying them all because I've never been disappointed. I would highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance.

Delicious!! The owner was super nice and fixed their mistake immediately when it was noticed that i wasnt given my side! I really appreciate how customer friendly they are and I can't express how delicious our sandwiches were!

We used to love Bison Witches when we lived in Tucson, AZ. Their chicken nachos are yummy! When we found ourselves traveling through Lincoln, we had to stop. The nachos were tasty, although nothing close to as generous as at the Tucson location. They serve a TRAY full of nachos that MUST be shared. We used to joke that every tray was made from is own bag of chips. The Lincoln nachos were good, just not as plentiful, but totally worth the stop. My sister-in-law loves their chili so we picked her up some in a bread bowl.

Got made fun of for never eating here and I can see why... it s amazing! Food was fantastic. Will definitely be back.
